I first visited the White Plains Westy Storage location in May 2012. Immediately upon entering the front office I was greeted by a smiling employee named Julissa. After patiently listening to the list of what I would need to temporarily store; she showed me several units of varying dimensions currently available. I selected what would work best and signed on for a month-to-month lease. Every time I have stopped by to drop things off I have been greeted by a polite, knowledgeable and friendly staff member. The building is always immaculate and well-lit. This was the first time I ever utilized a self storage facility. I have had a very positive experience with Westy Storage and I would highly recommend this location.

We used Westys White Plains for 4 years, during which we upgraded our unit size twice. I cannot say enough fabulous things about the staff and facility - always clean, bright, safe and reliable. We looked at other storage facility options and were completely sub-standard in comparison. We were storing furniture, electronics, clothes, memorabilia etc. and the care of the facility was of high importance to us. Julissa and team delivered terrific customer service at all times. While we were thrilled to buy a new home and no longer need a storage unit, it was bittersweet to say goodbye to them! Highly recommend Westys - worth the price if you can swing it.

Ive used storage facilities before but this Westy in White Plains is the best Ive been to. Its crazy clean, very easy in and out, and the people are very helpful and professional. You feel like the place is safe, your stuff is protected, and that if theres a challenge theyll help you solve it. While the people all are good, the guy who I work most closely with is Doug. I loved this place! Its clean, bright, plays a good radio station, offers discounts, and has a nice bathroom. I was honestly sad to move out. I would never go anywhere else again. It makes me wonder why the other self storage places are so bad!
