"Genuine Concern" is the term my company has been using for a while and is also the quality I would personally look for from any service industry. From the moment my wife and I walked into this Public Storage to the moment we stepped out after signing the lease, I could tell that Brad, who helped us find the perfectly sized unit for us, had demonstrated 100% genuine concern to his customers. The facility itself is very well maintained and very clean. I had experience dealing with other self-storage companies and none of them could get even close to Public Storage from a customer experience standpoint.

I am extremely moved by the tenacity that these workers have! I took the $1 sale and after fees it was just under $60 bucks ok $60 for a month for $150 sq feet sounds too good to be true! I had all the help that i could ask for. Sure i was here for just a month cause i was moving from one place to another but THANK YOU! You made it quite amazing! ps i saw someone below me complain about 30 bucks extra wahhh, I will use Public Storage again MANY MANY TIMES AGAIN! these people have what it takes. Remember how a business should be run... Thanks again PS

Brad is terrific! You can have items shipped to the storage facility and he cheerfully puts them in your unit. Access is easy, and there is always room to park in the lot. I always feel safe, even if the office is closed and Im there alone. On the down side, the cramped aisles are sometimes hard to negotiate due to moveable stairs blocking the aisles and the Public Storage rental fees are really high. But it is the only facility in Great Neck, and I guess you have to pay for convenience.

The storage facility thus far is clean and accessible. Brad the manager is extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgable. My problems are not with him but having an upper unit and having to be there once and sometimes twice a day is becoming time weary. Finding and moving the staircase adds to my time there. What could be a 2 or 3 minute visit becomes closer to 10. Also, on the second floor I do not feel the air conditioning. Overall its a terrific place though and Id recommend it.

This is the first time Ive ever used a storage unit. The only "experience" or knowledge I have is from "storage wars" (yuuppp). The staff at the Public Storage in Great Neck were great -- friendly, patient, and helpful. Earl personally walked me thru the process of punching in the keypad and opening the locks, as well as explaining the hours of availability and security features of the facility.Overall excellent service, much better than the service in most NY area businesses.

My experience has been very smooth. I like that you have until the the sixth of the month to pay your bill online. The employees have always been helpful and informed. The only thing that I think should be improved is creating an on-site disposal for customers upon move-out. If there were a place to dispose of smaller boxes that would make the move-out process simpler. But overall, I had a great experience and would refer people to use Public Storage.

I recently gave this place only one star because of a dispute with the company. Now, Im happy to say that they have resolved the issue. I just wish that they didnt take the time it took but I suppose its expected to take time to resolve a matter. Ive always been a happy with this facility cause it clean and getting to this venue from my home usually pretty quick. In addition, the staff here are super nice. Definitely recommend this location.

Very clean and well maintained. Feel secure using st any time. Manager is a very sharp guy and can tell you exactly what you need when youre buying boxes and materials as well as directing you to the right size space without overselling.Been using the facility for several years, this is actually my second time. I used it, stopped when I didnt need the storage space any more and have now returned to using it again because I find it so usable.

Clean friendly and great access hours. The site manager Brad is excellent and and also one of the nicest people my wife and I have ever met. Not only am I a customer, but we live on the same block as the facility and they (Public Storage) are great neighbors. That might seem like a strange statement to make but anyone whos ever lived next door to a commercial establishment will understand...

The excellence experience we had using this facility was due to Brad, the manager of the facility. He was extremely helpful with all aspects of the facility and our use of the facility. Clean and accommodating! We have a home office very close by and use our storage space for promotional material. We come frequently before and after conferences. Were confident that everything is secure and the people that work there are so nice. They let us use their dumpster when we had a lot of things to get rid of.

Great service. Brad is the man. Like an idiot I forgot to put my lock on my storage unit and somehow brad was able to realize and call me right away and email me ensuring that I was aware my items were not locked and safe but as a great courtesy he put on a temporary lock for me.
