Perfect very convenient location, but more important, very friendly staff, very clean facility, plenty of light, you can see what is in your room without problem. My suggestion to improve: have rolling ladder for better access to top shelf boxes and improve access hours at least to 9 pm

A little pricey, gave me what they thought I needed not what I wanted. Paid for more space than needed but the staff was nice area was clean location convient I would recommend if you are looking to store your belongings somewhere high tech..

The staff was very helpful during my research of storage facilities. After a couple of weeks, I decided on the 119_24 Jamaica Avenue location. Nine months later, I find them still courteous, and helpful. I recommend this location to anyone.
