I give Plaza 15 Storage 5 stars because I like their costumer service, and I like their specials. The facility manager Ms. L. is really nice and professional, and the facility is very well managed. When I like something I recommend it to others as well. Thumbs up :)

Plaza 15 was perfect for storing my belongings during my move. The location is ideal - right off of the northway (exit 15) and the customer service was outstanding. The transaction was easy. I was in an out in a matter of minutes!

I dont usually rate places, but I must say Plaza 15 Self Storage in Saratoga Springs is a very well managed facility. The front desk is very helpful and competent! If you need storage space, this place is highly recommended.
