First and foremost I dont know why it took me so long to review this place. I have been using them for 4 years now. I brought my entire life up to Saratoga from NYC and chose morr-is stored. Boy did I luck out. Both judy and Jane have been nothing but extremely sweet, friendly, and every time I call to pay my bill they great me with a "hello Jessica!" There prices are amazing. I even moved down to Florida a year and a half ago where I have storage units in my building and I chose to stick with morr-is stored because I truly feel they care about their customers. I know they have 1700 units which any business would make it difficult to remember every customer but those to sweet twins prove that theory wrong. I highly recommend them to anyone and if you have any doubt, call or stop in to meet them and youll understand how much they care about their business and customers, which as we all know is extremely rare these days. It saddened me to read the last review and I understand that you cant please everyone, but I PROMISE you that there is not a mean bone in either of their bodies. I will continue to stay with them until the day I need all my furniture, clothes and electronics again. Until then, my utmost trust is in morr-is stored.

After reading the reviews, I felt compelled to write a positive review because all too often people feel the need to write disrespectful/negative reviews and most are unfair/untrue. In any business, you will have some people who dont agree with policies or certain procedures, but we all know in life you are expected to pay bills on time and keep up your end of any signed contract. Judy and Jane who run the office are so kind, caring, and helpful. They always greet customers with a smile, a friendly "hello" and are quick to provide exceptional customer service. The storage facilities are always kept impeccably clean and everything is well maintained. The climate control storage facility is state-of-the art and ensures that the storage needs of all customers are not only met, but exceed expectations. Many of the customers have been happily using this storage business for years, and this shows how successful they are. I highly recommend Morr-Is Stored to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and affordable storage facility.

So helpful and professional! Todays experience with Morr-Is Stored (Jane and Judy) was wonderful. I am confident that my moms "stuff" will be safe & secure during her relocation to the area. The facility is "blue chip" from an organizational perspective. Its clean, well lit, well organized, and easily accessible. The hours of operation are more than adequate. I received detailed information and left knowing that I was dealing with people who are dedicated to top-notch service! Thanks much!

Owner Judy Morris and her "evil twin" sister, who run the front desk, are consistently rude, disrespectful and beyond unhelpful, even to customers who have been with them for years. If I were owner Bill Morris, I would fire them both and replace them with professionals who actually care about their customers -- or at least pretend to! Although the units themselves are decent, the service is so below standard that it is just not worth the trouble.

The woman at the front desk was condescending every time I had any interaction with her. The elevator to get up to your unit didnt always work. At times I stood for a long time in the elevator waiting for the doors to open after it had arrived at the floor. If you have dog allergies be warned they keep their 2 tiny dogs behind the counter. I would recommend any one else but this place. A rating of 1 star is being generous.

The units are clean and secure but I would never recommend anyone to rent from here! The owner is completely rude and has been for over the 8 years and over $5,760 paid! You miss a payment and shes leaving you nasty, rude messages on your machine. Has always had a condescending attitude and frankly is very unprofessional. She needs to hear herself speak or have someone treat her like that on a consistant basis!

The facilities are nice and clean, but the women who run the storage center are simply rude. During my interactions with them they were always condescending and impolite. Perhaps its because Im a college student, but I dont think that age should affect how you treat a customer. I will no longer be storing things here.

I wish i could rate this place zero stars the women at the front desk who own the place are the most condescending snobby b-words. They were seemingly ok with me but i witnessed them treating a customer horribly i took my business to plaza 15 storage and am so relieved to be in a safe place.

Great place to store your valuables. The service is great and the women behind the counter are so sweet and always eager to help. Did I mention how great the rates are. I would definitely recommend morr is stored to anyone looking for storage.

Clean, bright, climate controlled, and secure self storage facility. Pull right up to the door, use your key fab to enter, carts always available. Im not sure of the prices, if affordable, highly recommend!
