horrible- i did online registration to reserve a car transporter- everything checked out and planned to pick up the transporter, even an add popped up to tell me my pickup is confirmed and offered a $50 guarantee if the trailer wasnt available at the "agreed" time and place well guess what i later find out that this location does not even have auto transports and they made me drive into the Bronx to pick the trailer up- when i asked about the $50 they said "oh well the confirmation is not a agreement or guarantee" and too bad, good luck, drive to the Bronx- the employees are well versed with this misleading scam- And with no recourse it is a bad experience and bad business practice- if the computer allows you to schedule a pickup and even says theres a guarantee it should honor the pickup- if North white plains does not have trailers than it shouldnt offer them- GRRRRRRR

Make sure that you dont have an expectation for a specific location when you reserve. (I know, sounds crazy that you would actually want to know where youre picking up the truck at the time you make your reservation! ) When you reserve, the location you indicate is simply a "preferred location" and is not guaranteed. I now have to go 40 miles out of my way because my "preferred location", for which I received a confirmation for, magically became unavailable, even after I just spoke to someone from this white plains location not even 2 hours ago! Uhaul a suggestion: Dont take reservations or confirm a reservation unless you know for a fact the location is guaranteed! Saying that a location is "preferred" not guaranteed is a shady way of doing business!!!

Ive moved a few times around the area over the years, and always go to this location. Donna & her crew are good people who treat everyone fairly, despite the pressure they have when Ive witnessed the occasional impatient customer who walks in with unrealistic demands. Theyre patient and competent - very important things in this type of job. If you have a few choices, I suggest going to 1 Virginia Road in White Plains.

This place is horrible. They are understaffed and the General manager is very rude and nasty to customers and her staff. I witnessed her speak rudely to employees and customers while waiting on line. If she hates her job she should quit. Ive always had a great experience with U-haul, but I will not be returning to this place. U-haul just lost a customer.

My name is Waleska Adames, I totally recommend this place! Excellent customer service! They go above and beyond to get you what you need. Mother and daughter both work at this location and they are the sweetest people to work with. Love them!! Will go back soon for any of my needs!!

Always Accommodating and friendly......Offered me incredible flexibility on my reservation.....Nice large space for this area (1/3 the price).......clean. Choice of insurance and 24 hour access for a little more or less $. Saved me from what would have been a nightmare, otherwise.

Donna was extremely wonderful and very helpful when I needed to get my hitt placed. Im very greatful to the staff also. Very friendly. I recommend this place it you ever need equipment to travel long distance.

One of the staf members was very rude. She didt even let me finish my requst that become very aggressive and unreasonable. I walked away and i will never set my feet in that place again.

Great customer service. Wouldve given 5 stars only if they had more parking for their customers. I had to park my car at the Chase bank down the road. Thank God it was a Sunday!

A full service Uhaul always a wait time, preording equipment doesnt help when you have to go to other places to pick up other equipment.
