Greetings. I was a customer at this location for a couple of months in 2013. What compelled me to finally write this review at this time was because of horrible customer service I recently experienced with a certain cell phone company (TracFone). That experience made me realize just how necessary it is to document certain experiences that we consumers have with businesses, and not just the bad experiences. As a matter of fact, it is the bad experiences that make the exceptional experiences stand out even more. Its kind of sad that one should have to comment on just "good" customer service, because thats the least that consumers should experience, no matter what. But, when it comes to exceptional service - which is what I experienced with this particular Public Storage - one has to make it known. Thomas, Stephen, and Aliche absolutely went above and beyond when I first came there. Im hesitant to detail exactly what they did simply because I wouldnt want anyone to attempt to take advantage of their kindness. Just know that they truly value their customers, and I would highly recommend that location to anyone that values being appreciated. Thanks again, Thomas, Stephen, and Aliche. Job well done!

I went into this location expecting the same old song and dance as the other storage places I had been to. Not so! I was taken aback at the care and the time that was taken with me to break everything down, they even went as far to show me the different sizes of the units, and everything!!! The young lady there, Dazni, I couldnt forget that name, its so different and beautiful, like she is, was the best part of my experience. She is very well spoken, and a very sweet young lady. She adds that special feminine touch. That helped in my decision making to give this location my business. I will be recommending this location to all my associates!!!

The service is second to none in the Customer Service Industry. Staff Octivia and Danzi are so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure that your needs are met and that you let others know that if they searching for a place to store their stuff they are here to help and have them come on over. Ive found them both to be resourceful, articulate, friendly and very business oriented. The seek their organizations interest and at the same time take care of your needs. Im glad that Ive chose this facility to do business. Ill highly recommend this storage facility to anyone. P S 5 stars is not enough for this team.

The day that Clinton and fendi worked together they were great they went out of there way to help me find a unit that could fit all my things , fendi was beyond helpful as far as helping my movers and making my moving process as easy as possible . Clinton on the other hand was even more helpful because after a while my movers had left me alone and i had no one to help me fendi told Clinton she would watch the office while he gave me a helping hand I was so greatful to have them working this day and i hope to see more of these helpful people again they made my moving a wonderful experience

I got held up for two hours in bad traffic. I was meant to be storing a motorcycle whilst i returned to England. The store says it shuts at 6pm when I rang at 5.05pm to say I will be there at 5.40pm I was told that it is too late as the main staff leave at 5.30pm. This would have meant me having to miss my flight home and organising storage the next day. I was lucky to be near Cube storage who were very helpful and enabled me to return and see my family. I suggest you change your opening ours or at least put a note saying that staff finish early. Poor show

Stephen, Thomas and Ali were great. Thank you very much for such a pleasurable experience while being with Public Storage. Im not a fan of storage at all and I didnt intend to be with Public Storage as long as I was but again dealing with these three gentleman made it ok. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a storage unit that will not harass them but will communicate as well as work with them. They were respectful and courteous my entire ordeal with Public Storage. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU GUYS!

Pleasant experience with exceptional customer service. Ali took care of me and was informative and detailed. The location was clean and the I was provided with full information regarding the storage requirements. I am totally impressed with both Thomas and Ali and highly recommend this location. Lowest prices in the vicinity and best size storage rooms Ive seen ( out of 2 other nearby locations). Thanks guys for all your help. Ali remember we share the Lotto proceeds and Thomas you get brownies if I stay longer than 6 months :-)

I was just there recently to inquire about a unit. Ive been shopping around for a while for a place to store my valuables. The service that I received was enough to let me know that, "This is it! My search is finally over!!!" The young lady, Dazni, whos the manager, she made everything simple, and I didnt feel like I was being dooped. Im happy to have found this location in Queens Village which is not far from my home either. Ive been telling any one I know whos looking for a storage to come right to this location!

I was to Public Storage referred by a relative because I needed short-term storage for some of my property. I was helped by Stephen, who was super friendly and helpful as I am a first time renter. The facility was very clean and spacious. Steven help me to figure out the ideal space for my stuff. The prices are very reasonable and I was able to utilize theyre great 1 dollar sale for my rental. The team at this public storage facility really helped me make a stressful situation much easier. Thank you

I only needed my storage for 1 month but I can assure you that it was such an easy experience for me. I had sold my home and needed a place to keep my things while closing on another. Both Steven and Thomas were very helpful and always went out of there way to assist me. I am SO terrible with directions so one of them would guide me to my storage! I will absolutely tell my family and friends who need storage to head over there! A+ The storage was clean and I had no worries storing here!

Awesome experience to storage at this location. Thomas took care of my account and everything involved with it. He was patient, charismatic, fun, and reliable everytime I came into the storage. Ali and Stephen are very good workers there too. I have not only spoken to them in the storage while moving in stuff and moving out or even packing them, you can always count on them to help you and guide you the right way... Very good storage, reliable and easy to access...

I rented a storage unit for one month I must say had excellent customer service they were very informative and willing to take the time out to show you around the Manager Thomas was very nice and he also has a great sense of humor he answered all my questions and very helpful all the staff Steven and ashley were all professional if I ever need another storage definitely public storage on Jamaica ave will be my choice thanks for a job well done
