Courteous and helpful staff. Christian in particular is very informative, and he assisted me in many ways. When I did not lock one of my units correctly, Christian immediately called me to bring it to my attention. They do daily morning walk throughs to make sure that every unit is secure, and I know my belongings are safe. Christian and Chris were both knowledgable in helping me to obtain several storage units. Chris, as well Christian ensure the premise is clean and keep up with any necessary requiremenrts of the premise. Christian was also very helpful in providing knowledge of extra storage policies. Christian and Chris at all times were professional and friendly. If needed in the future, I would definitely use Extra Storage Space in Port Washington again.

I have used Extra Space in Port Washington on Bayles for almost exactly a year. Its always clean, always accessible, always well lit, but never crowded. That is, its always easy to park and get to my storage area. There are always carts around (unlike some other facilities nearby) and Ive always been able to get to my storage whenever I need to, Saturdays, Sundays, etc. I also used another storage facility over on Shore Road about 3 years ago, and wasnt too pleased as it was pretty expensive and I had to constant jockey for parking, sometimes I have to search around for carts, stuff like that.

After being through a few storage units all over Queens, I have finally found a great place. It is clean, secure, and has very helpful staff who always greet you with a smile. Tanya was also very professional and accommodating at the same time. I did not feel rushed when I went to sign like I did in some other places I was scouting (who shall not be named). The location is perfect for us, easily accessible and the hours are great. No more rushing to make the 5pm cutoff as we did in the other place. Highly recommended.

I needed a storage reasonable and clean.I called to get some info over the phone.Chris was very helpful and articulate about anything to be done.I found the storage units and the entire facility extremely clean .It is a big issue for me.I m between apartments and had to store my belongings.It is an center location to get to as well .I dont drive so walking distance from LIRR.Im very pleased with my choice. Chris has everything on the control , you dont need to worry about anything.You are on good hands.

THE BEST EVER!! Would TOTALLY recommend this place to anyone who needs storage!!!! Chris was SO AMAZING and EXTREAMILY helpful on the phone!! He went above and beyond!! He called me to check in about my unit and was so kind! He made sure my gate code worked and made sure the unit would be ready for me when I move my things in. They have made his very stressful moving experience a breeze and I thank Chris, Char, John, and all the other employees at ExtraSpace Storage from the bottom of my heart!!

My family and I have stored at this location for 5+ years. The service is fantastic and the location is kept clean and well organized. I felt so strongly about it that I recently leased an additional storage unit due to the need to store product samples and literature materials for a new job. Chris is the manager and represents the business very well. He is friendly and provides excellent customer service. It says a lot when a manager treats his customers like friends. Thank you! A++

In addition to being warm and welcoming, the staff is very well trained at handling all the details that are linked to the seemingly easy decision to rent a self storage unit. Every contact I have had when I am off site has been handled professionally and without drama. Tanya gets 5 stars for the way she communicates responses to all questions. I own two self storage complexes in the Southwest. I would recommend the Port Washington facility for any and all storage needs.

Recently rented a unit at the Port Washington location and they have really outdone themselves with providing really excellent service. The process was hassle free. Tanya was great at making the entire process easy and fast . It is nice to do businesses with someone who seems to know the ins and outs of her job. Every time I have come to the storage so far it is always clean with carts available and plenty of parking. Will recommended to any one in need of storage.

Recently I had the opportunity to visit one of your competitors installation, and by comparing it with your location in Port Washington, I came to the conclusion that Tanya definitively runs a a FIRST class operation. My husband and I have been customers at extra space storage for many years. We went in today to downsize our current unit. The store manager Chris was so extremely helpful and accommodating. He gave us several options and worked hard to help us figure out which option would best fit our needs. We walked out of the office very pleased with our new unit and lease!

I had visited Extra Space Storage before and knew that when it was time to store my belongings I would use the facility. The facility is immaculate and the staff is wonderful. Tanya and Janet are very customer oriented. I got a full tour and discussed the various choices. I would not hesitate to recommend Extra Space Storage.

They are many sizes and are very very clean. The prices are competitive and the process was simple and quick. Id recommend this location to anyone in similar need.

Both Chris and Christian are absolutely professional and very helpful. They explained to me in detail how to safely store my items in my unit and guided me through the premises very pleasantly and passionately. Its the place to consider if you have extra stuff to store outside of your house or apartment.

Im in the process of moving from Floral Park to Port Washington and needed a small space to store things in the meantime. Chris was super friendly and helpful getting me fully setup in about 15 minutes. Hassle free and very clean facilities. I would definitely recommend using them for any storage needs.

The recently added concrete blocks do not allow you to access keypad without getting out of your car, total pain... If it is raining, you have to get out to enter gate and then again to leave. VERY INCONVENIENT!!! Thinking of going to different facility after years of being here.
