Westy is the only truly climate controlled storage option and the only place you should consider storing anything that is humidity or temperature sensitive. This place was built for storage, not like other places that were built to be warehouses that ended up having individual storage units installed within. Westy is always the same temperature and humidity. This place is spotless, top to bottom and the truck they give you to move in with a hand truck, dolly and straps is a great bonus. The staff is courteous, professional and go out of their way to ensure that your needs are met. Youd wonder what needs could possibly be met with a storage place, but you would be surprised. It could be to rent a truck a certain day or time, it could be to move in a certain day or time, or open your account or reserve a unit. They are flexible and will work with you. Garrak is awesome, plain and simple.

I have been a customer of Westy Storage in Lake Success, NY for approximately eight years. I have always found the place to be immaculate for what could be a very messy operation. It also smells clean and I see the attentive care of their staff in maintaining a presentable appearance. The staff are very professional and helpful. Yasir, Tom and Vivianna always greet their customers with a smile. I am very happy with the service provided, but have told them that although I understand it is company policy, I disagree with their limited hours. A security guard should be on duty to allow people to come much later in the evening and later on Sundays as well, if they dont want their office staff on duty at these late times. People who work find it difficult to store and retrieve items that they may need semi-urgently. Otherwise, my hat is off to a great company!

This is by far the best Storage facility I have ever used ! compare s to NO other westy is clean and safe and most of all my experience with the Staff has been fantastic SPECILL Y "" WENDY """ WHO I THINK IS A GREAT ASSEST to Westys she is not only friendly knowledgeable and the best person in the Lake Success Location she is Management Material as a Corporate owner Myself I think she is by far the best qualify employee at Lake Success Facility , As is Yasir !!! I most congratulate Westy for having this two Well qualify employees at there company. the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful too But my experience in dealing with WENDY & YASIR , Has been very sastifying !!! Ive been renting at Westy Self Storage for eight years. I have been very impressed with the facility and with the staff. The building is clean, safe, and easy to access with on-site parking. Rolling carts are available for transporting things into an out of storage units. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When needed Westy has trucks for rent to transport larger pieces or for transporting a large quantity of items. Two elevators make transporting storage convenient. Hours of operation make it convenient to access storage units. Westy is a great place to store belongings, and the temperature controlled building is a great bonus. This is the place to use for all of your storage needs.

ME AND MY WIFE WERE STARTING A BUSINESS IN FEBUARY OF 06 AND DECIDED TO GET SOME SPACE AT WESTY STORAGE.FROM DAY ONE WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE ALL THE STAFF IN LAKE SUCCESS IS GREAT WITH US. WHEN WE STARTED OUT ME AND MY WIFE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN THE BUSINESS GREW BUT THAT SEEMED TO BE NO PROBLEM FOR THEM (KEEP IN MIND I HAD A GROWING COMPANY THAT SUPPLIES ABOUT 40 BUILDINGS) THE STAFF IN LAKE SUCCESS WESTYS HELP ME BUILD MY BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS MADE IT THEIR PRIORITY TO GET ME ADDITIONAL SPACE . THERE PRETTY MUCH LIKE A FAMILY TO US AND WE WILL BE WITH THEM AS LONG AS IM IN BUSINESS.

Beautiful And Clean Establishment w/Friendly & Accommodating Staff The staff at this establishment was great and helpful. I changed my reservation on several occasions and each time they were very accommodating. Yasir and Jacqueline even remained helpful even when I finally decided to store my belongings at the Hicksville, NY location. They set up the reservation at the Hicksville location and they let me have use of the truck from the Lake Success Storage Facility. Definitely the right place to store your belongings! I only needed a storage facility for a couple of months, and am already sad that my few months are over. I wish I could find more things to store here, because I dont want to go! The site is immaculate and clean, the staff is helpful and unbelievably friendly, and every visit was easy and very, very safe. I was always greeted with a smile, and never had any problems. I always felt comfortable and safe. The storage unit was perfect, and clean. Without thinking about, I would store here again. If there were 10 stars, I would give it a 10.

When Habitat for Humanity in Nassau County put out a request for storage space, Yasir, from Westy Self Storage came through. He arranged for the donation of a storage room in the Lake Success location of Westy for items that are being used on our current project. From the beginning we were impressed with the facility and the professionalism of the staff and continue to be so. Thanks again to Westy, Yazir and his great staff for supporting our charity.

It is convenient, clean, accessible at all the right hours, and - most of all - the staff as well as senior management are the NICEST folks! I run an international business, and I know that ones staff means everything to the success of ones business. The Westy staff members go out of their way to be helpful and considerate. Fantastic facilities and staff. If you are looking for storage with peace of mind, look no further than Westy Self Storage. Reserving a unit and storing items have never been easier and with Westy trucks available for rent on premises, it is literally a one stop shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and will make you feel like family from the get go. I would definitely go back to them again for my storing needs.

Westy is directly across the street from my job and when I needed a storage unit I thought how convenient. The entire staff is extremely friendly and yes the facility is immaculate. I also love the fact that the hours of gaining access to your unit coincide with their business hours. I feel safe knowing the staff is right downstairs.
