during my move my mattress was stuck inside an elevator, for some odd reason the elevator doors wouldnt open, I called for assistance for 2 hours, and finally once I was able to contact them they told me I would have to return in the morning when the manager opens. So I had to run the risk of leaving my mattress unattended for the night. Aside from that the staff is polite and the facility is well kept.

The move was great! The youn man Hasan was informative respectful and acknowledge and answered my questions. It is in a great location and I feel confident that all will be okay!

Beware; if you pay your months rent but need to move out of your unit shortly after, you will not receive a dime back. Lost a couple hundred dollars this way.
