Kevin was very helpful. However, they charged me for an additional month, after I had already moved out. i tried calling numerous times to give them my final payment receipt number but I was redirected to call their corporate office. - and guess what...they gave me the runaround, just as i suspected they would. i had to call my bank to dispute they charge. smh

Sandra was the customer rep that helped me out and she was very professional and helpful towards me choosing the right storage size for me. I always drove by and never noticed this place but it is very large, clean and has a variety of different storage sizes for whatever your needs may be. Prices are also very reasonable compared to others.

The staff here are people friendly and very helpful. I actually lost my keys to open my storage door and they patiently helped me to get it opened, after a long and tedious ordeal. This facility is extremely clean and well organized. Their rates are very reasonable. Very please with services rendered.

The female staff member who called was very kind and welcoming over the phone. Very clean facility. Seems very secure. Male who greeted us answered our questions yet a bit pushy and misleading, but overall nice. Rates are reasonable. I would recommend coming here.
