visited this location about a week ago for my disabled grandmother who plans on moving into a nursing home and wants to store a ton of her things. i wasnt sure exactly what i was looking for so i was very grateful for the worker who was there to help me. when i first walked in, ali was by himself and dealing with another customer but greeted me and asked what brought me in today and he told me he would be right with me if i could just give him a minute. once done, ali and i discussed what my grandmother would be storing and he then took me around to the storage spaces that the location had to offer. this location had pamphlets available to take home with the storage spaces listed on them. overall, this location was pretty decent from the cleanliness and their employees. i plan on coming back in july to rent out a space.

BRENDA was our Public Storage staff person. We were unsure of exactly what kind of storage we wanted, and Brenda patiently guided us through all the available options and packages. She asked insightful questions that helped us determine which unit was best for our needs. Brenda also took us throughout the facility, and showed us examples of the units. Brenda made the moving process easy for us, and made us feel at ease with the process. We felt confident with our decision once Brenda explained that the site was very secure and that we are able to access our unit easily with our unique code. I recommend this site based on its customer service and its cleanliness.

I visited the public storage location about 2 weeks ago, I was there helping a friend move her things from one storage space to the next. We were having a bit of a difficult time deciding how to arrange the things that were being moved in to the smaller space and Joi was a big help. She gave us tips on how to pack so we could have more space. She asked my friend and I to do the review and had written the information down on a business card but It slipped my mind until I found the card. She provided great service and was very very helpful.

I contracted for a unit the other day online. Within an hour, Tabatha from the Island Park location, was on the phone with me to set up a meeting time. When I went to sign my contract, she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, showed me the unit and walked me through all the paperwork. She is an asset to your company, and should be commended. Good employees are hard to find and Public Storage has a winner with Tabatha.

I dont normally do reviews on places unless theres something I really like or dislike about a place. Two days ago, I helped a friend move stuff into his unit. I mean, Ive been to a couple of public storage buildings before but this is by far the cleanest PS building that I have ever seen. The staff are very helpful and you can tell that they were genuinely happy to help us. Its super cheap, too. Best storage facilities ever.

Jasmine is the customer service agent that assisted me with my rental she was prompt, informative , friendly and most impotantly professional. I found better prices in the area but i liked the level of customer service that was provided to me by Jasmine so i decided to sign up. She is a huge asset to this conpany i will refer others here because of her. Thanks Jasmine!!!

I recently rented here and I had forgot when my payment was due so I called up and spoke to Keyanna she was so helpful in breaking down my payments and helping me to better understand how to avoid late fees and more . The price and location is great but the employees are the icing on the cake . I would defiantly recommend people renting at this location.

Needed a drive up unit for my business. Stephen helped me out with my storage needs. I came in looking for a large unit. They did not have one at the time but he took down my information and called me right when something became available. He went above and beyond and I recommend this place highly. I am still here 3 months later and no issues. Thank you

My wife and I rented a storage unit today with the help of the Manager, Aliche. He was extremely curtious and helpful with showing us the units and suggesting some packing and storing hints to be as economical as possible with the unit we chose. The facility was very clean and well lighted inside. use this place and youll be as happy as we were today.

Trini was very pleasant asked exactly what size storage I was looking for and told me that the 10x10 was perfect for the stuff I was putting in explained clearly the terms and conditions and also the insurance clearly made me feel like I picked the perfect place to store my stuff...thank you for your help and showing me around the facility .......

I stopped by on 8/15/15 at 5:30 pm, Trini assisted me in setting up a short term unit, He gave me a tour of facility, very knowledgable and succinct. I was out the door by 5:55 pm with all my paperwork. I could not be more pleased with my experience and i will reccommend PS to all and Trini was a gentlemen and a pleasure to deal with.

I went to public storage in the search for packing supplies and was not disappointed. In addition to having great prices and deals on boxes they also offer great customer service. Tabatha was very helpful and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Great place would recommend to anyone.

I have been with Public Storage for some time now and have found the staff there to be very helpful and they always provided great customer service no matter the situation. I plan to stay there as long as I need storage, and I most defiantly recommend it to anyone that is looking to store.

Top notch staff. Stephen was great! I didnt realize how much went into packing and storing. Everything is easily accessible and clean. I am mentally exhausted from all this moving but this place definitely put my mind at ease. I recommend this place! Ask for Stephen!

This is my choice location whenever I need extra storage. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was just there today and the manager Ali was great, very pleasant, approachable and was able to answer all my questions. This facility is always clean, well maintained and secure.

Needed a storage unit while moving into a new apartment. The prices here were low and the staff was really helpful (thanks Steve and Trini!). The building was really clean, as well. Definitely recommend storing here!
