I have been with this facility for almost a year now. My beginning rate was $19/month for the smallest upper unit. After 6 months, I received a notice that my monthly rent was increasing to $29/month, "In order to maintain our unparalleled standards". I was expecting this, since I had rented in another TI location, and received the same letter after 6 months with them. Well, as I approach my 1 year anniversary, I just received another notice, informing me that my rent will now be increased to $39/month, for these same BS reasons. I dont know what unparalleled service they are referring to, since most times I go there, I dont even see another human being, much less a member of their staff to actually provide service. Obviously, Treasure Island employs this bait and switch - hook you at a low fee, then keep increasing the rate every 6 months. Its ridiculous and unfair. They wont be catching me for $39 a month, thats for sure. Im out!

Came here last minute in a hurry and needed a storage unit ASAP. The staff was beyond accommodating and extremely helpful. They were closing at the time I arrived and stayed after just to make sure I got a unit for my last minute storage needs. Not only was the first month free, but they accommodated me with an outdoor 24 hour access unit to ensure my late night move could become possible. The prices are beyond reasonable compared to many other storage unit facilities and the staff is extremely down to earth and humble. Also, as a renter, you have access to their sprinter van free of charge! That saved me a ton of money beyond the first month being free This is a no brainer. Wether you live close or not, it is well worth your money as well as your time for sure! Ask for Jackie (she was exceptionally helpful)

Treasure Island Storage AMAZINGLY the best storage facility that my family and I have used. Im in the military so from time to time were needing to put our belongings in a storage facility. We called numerous storage facilities but TI Storage prices were the best. The staff in the office had SUPER customer service skills and was very helpful when we were trying to decide what size and how many storage units we may have needed. The storage facility is well lit, secure, and well maintained. All hands down Treasure Island Storage is Top Class in my book and would definitely refer Treasure Island Storage to other customers.

This place is amazing they made my move so easy and stress free! They offer the best prices in the area and continue to contact you in order to give you the lowest prices possible. Being from California I was worried about it being a self storage but they offered me a driver (Alex) and a vehicle which worked out perfectly. When it came to the paperwork Geraldine and Ruben were extremely helpful. Overall they offer spacious storage units with competitive prices and wonderful customer service all in a friendly environment. They gladly have my business with all my future storage needs. I highly recommend them to others!

I have been using TI at this location for 7 months now and I like it there. I have the indoor storage, which is climate controlled and very, very clean. I have access to my storage unit 7 days a week. The people that work there are helpful and approachable. There is a lot of surveillance, which makes me feel at ease that my possessions are safe there. The monthly fee is reasonable and on top of that, theyre always offering discounts not only to first time clients but also to people who have been using there facilities for a while. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage space.

this is the best storage facility by far. I am so happy with the service I have had with them for 5 years. never once have I ran into a problem to big for them to assist me with. the staff is always respectful and courteous. I would recommend for all the reasons above besides the rates the materials needed to pack and store are reasonable as well . also bathroom is always kept clean on site with tissue and hand soap there are always pullies to help transport belongings, there is always lighting on all floors. Thank you, Treasure Island storage for 5 years of great A+ SERVICE..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I love storing here mainly because, of the friendly staff and very clean units. This place is amazing, I have had some really bad experiences storing at other places. By far this is the best Storage I have stored at. I am one happy customer and I will definitely always recommend Treasure island over any other storage company. I am back to let everyone know to go to Treasure island for any of your storage needs this place is the best I have been to they have patience to deal with me as a customer and their facility is very clean and smells better than where i stored my thing at before.

This place is awesome. From the cheap pricing, to the multiple storage options, to the helpful staff and just all around general cleanliness, TI storage goes above and beyond my expectations. I can especially attest to the helpfulness of the moving truck they provided free of charge...I didnt have the necessary space in my minivan to move everything to the storage facility and was surprised that they even offered something like that at no cost. Ive been using their services for almost a year now, and I definitely have recommended this place to my friends and family.

Moving can be stressful and I realazied I had accumulated a lot of belongings that I wasnt ready to part with and needed a storage facility. Treasure Island Storage is conveniently located and the staff are friendly, attentative, and helpful. My biggest concern was cleanliness but after I inspected my unit I was thoroughly satisfied and also impressed with the reasonable pricing. I also liked that I could rent the storage unit on a month to month basis and not have to be contracted for a year. I would highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed.

Recently I was looking for storage and I came across treasure island storage . Just my luck the facility manager Sonia was the one to assist me. She was very kind and patient wit me during my unfortunate time . I searched high and low for a place to provide me with services that I could afford and treasure island definitely fit the description! I feel very secure knowing my things are in safe hands and would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. All associates knew what they were doing and were hands on assisting to unload the truck. Place was impeccably clean and offered different tools to help during moving process. It was easy to find the location and it has an excellent parking area. Overall the experience was really nice and I had the chance to recommend to friends. They had the same good experience as I did. Way to go!
