Customer service was above and beyond from other storage facilities. Delores and Nate are great individuals who care and assist there customers with pride, knowledge and answered every question I had. I was there a few times while shopping around for storage units. Delores and Nate showed me different units, at different times, that would accommodate my storage needs. They showed me around the facility and gave me the best price in the market. With these two individuals, storage mart will out do the competition by far. I have recommended this facility to many individuals and will continue to do so. I will be more than happy to give corporate headquarters or human resources a telephone review of these two great individuals. Thank you to Delores and Nate. Eddie Vargas

This is the second review Im posting for the Storagemart on Jamaica Ave. in as many years, and both times it has been because of the manager, Nathaniel. He. Is. Awesome! If there were something more than just this that I could do, I would. He needs to be celebrated!

Definitely loved my experience at Storage Mart. The whole process was very simple, cost effective and convenient. Dolores was extremely helpful and was accommodative and understanding of all my last minute changes! Will definitely use / recommend this place.

This storage Facility is Great nice and Clean. The Manager Nathaniel is Very Nice, kind, Polite, and Friendly he listens when And if the Customers have a Problem and he will always go out his way to help. All Managers should be like him.

Great service.... I referred my family members and David was extremely helpful....clean and great location.... On a plus side when you refer someone you get 50.00 dollars off on next months rent

Stored here for over 2 years. Never had a problem . The manager Nathaniel helped me when I moved in 2014 and helped me out when I moved out last week. Super nice guy. Good experience all around

The assitant manager David Wilson is awesomeness he is courteous, patient and very professional.... and storage mart is the cheapest on the block... best bang for my buck ever...

Clean areas, helpful staff even when parking is a challenge. They have lots of carts, lights and suggestions to make storage better in my unit. Friendly and courteous too!

Good customer service. First floor units are very dark, I had to provide my own light and extension cord. Price was very competitive though.
