My experience with Safeguard Self Storage of Hollis well exceeded my expectations. Amari never failed to provide superior professional service even when he appeared to be the only staff for the entire building. The line at times would reach the door, but his patience, caring and understanding with each customer was ever present. Other companies can take a page out of Amaris book on customer service. One suggestion to Safeguard, value good employees and stop raising rates.

Very clean place customer service is excellent mr amari was nice to me very professsional explained every thing about rules I highly recommend that place smell fresh floors are well kept shine .service was 100% great thats place to go .

Great staff and very helpful with all question you will need. The storage warehouse if very clean and organized. They have a garage where you can park your own car and load and unload your stuff away from the inclement weather.

I found Self Storage on Jamaica Avenue to to be a clean and well-run facility by its by his managers and service people. Wood recommended service to others.
