Went in to buy boxes. Employee ( Jeannie) was helping another customer with a lengthy transaction. No problem... I think However she never looked over and said, "Ill be right with you. Hi.. it will be 10 mins. Can I help you with anything quickly. " She tells the customer. " Ok so now I have to go down and open your lock" Again not acknowledging me or telling me approx how long I can expect to wait. I ask if she minds just ringing in my boxes. She rudely replies " I cant bc Im in HIS account" . She huffed and said " how many boxes do you have?!?!" When I replied I didnt know she said "SEE you dont even know" Nasty , rude, unprofessional woman who should not be working in customer service" I actually wouldnt have minded waiting. However you should acknowledge and communicate with your customers. The ones in line count as customers. Not just the ones in front of your face.

Ok here are teh positives... the facility is clean ... the bathroomis clean they negatives are .. the custome service (everybody has the title of manager) so you cant get anywhere. the securty is like fort knox and when you aremoving stuff to have alars go off and dors auto lock is such a pain plus the staff wont help you out. I paid my rent 5 days early and still got notices that my rent is late... i guess if you dont have a choice like we didnt then you are stuck.

I must say doing business at safeguard made me less stress about moving. The manager Jeff Thomas was so pleasant always happy to help which made me less stress. The property was clean safe easy access and my stuff was safe and clean no problems whatsoever. The prices for the storage space wasnt bad very affordable which was a blessing for me. Cant go wrong with safeguard.

This is the first storage place I actually like keeping my belingings stored at. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The manager Jeff always goes out of his way to make sure one is comfortable and has everything they need. My experience at this storage place has been nothing less then excellent and I would recommend to anyone!

The assistant manager Quanashe was highly professional , thorough, patient and responded tonal of my questions quickly and made the sign up process easy. I was going to rent storage in another local competitor but I rented from Safeguard because of how professional and straightforward Quanessha was. I highly recommend!

Excellent. Queneeshah, who managed the office, was courteous, knowledgeable and very prompt in handling our questions and requests. I watched her very patiently and expertly handle a series of phone calls and an office filled with customers. Highly recommend the Hewlett facility.

Always clean and kept in good condition. The staff is always professional and courteous. Jeff is especially knowledgeable and helpful, he is always friendly and smiling. I have seen other storage facilities and this one beats them for sure, especially the staff and Jeff
