I am a brand new customer. I had a 5x5 unit at another facility and I was extremely happy for four years with that facility, especially, with the staff. I was resistant to move but they didnt have a larger unit available. I had to move. Extra Space Storage staff have been terrific. They provided me with the unit I needed with easy access and very good security. Theyve helped me all along the way with selecting the right unit for my needs, packing supplies, unit lock and insurance. I am very satisfied. My only comment is that although there are 3 gates/doors that require my security code to ensure security upon entering, the main door to the building, after entering my code, does not close all the way behind me. Im told they are working on repairing it and it should be fixed in next week or so.

This is my first time using Extra Space Storage facility and will not be my last if Im ever in need of extra storage in the future. The staff (Anita, Eric and Rudy)were very courteous and accommodating. Even though I was getting the runaround from the moving company to delivery my items, the staff at Extra Space Storage worked with me. I could not have asked for better service. The hours are very convenient, 6am -10pm 7 days a week!

the service that is provided by the staff of extra Space Storage in Valley Stream is superb. the facilities are kept very clean and easily accessible. they are very accommodating. I have only one complaint, and that is the increase in the rate of the unit. I feel that someone who has several units should get some kind of discount and the rates should only be increased once a year not several times a year.

I love it here. The staff is really nice and they are very accommodating. I always get called when my packages arrive, they always ask me how I am doing when I see them, and the storage facility is well kept. One thing I would say is that there arent always enough carts but the service makes up for it and they always try to help one become available.

Extra space storage is the BEST storage company in NY! They have the best staff in the world especially Eric and Anita!!! The facility is always clean and easy to access and their friendly staff is always there when I need them. I am so happy I chose extra space! They always receive my packages and safeguard them until I get there.

Oh my goodness, ms Anita and Rudy were sent straight from heaven.. They worked with me and suggested so many helpful ideas to get the job done, I was stuck with a huge dresser and tons of trash and they were extremely patient with me** I would recommend them to anyone that has any sort of storage needs!!

This facility is well organized and clean. I find the staff to be very courteous, patient and helpful. The only issue I have are the unit rental rate increases. Ive had my unit for 2 years and have already had 2 rate and 2 insurance increases. The increases are a few dollars but they can add up.

Moving is so stressful... Went to five different storage company... But Brianna Jackson at Extra Space Storage in the Valley Stream location was so kind and helpful ... I wouldnt like to be in this situation , but if i was, this would be my first choice...

Eric and the rest of the staff are very friendly and attentive. Any time I get a delivery I get an immediate phone call and they are very flexible with my schedule on when I can get there. They always keep my items safely stored away until I get there.

Staff: Anita, Rudy and Geraldine are very friendly and accommodating. "Good People". Anita was very helpful in resolving my storage issue. Geraldine, youre "special" :) Corporate policies are a little wacky. Not staffs fault. Id highly recommend them!

my experience this storage place was wonderful. I was able to use their company truck which was a big help.also the place is very clean. the employee are very nice and they know their job. I would tell everyone about their stuff in storage.

Ive been at this location for years and the branch manager, Anita,and the rest of her staff, Rudy and Eric, are just as accommodating as she is. Its always clean, codes work, carts work and well lit always. I highly recommend this location.
