This storage place was recommended to me by my mother. She absolutely had a great experience working with Carlos. He dId an excellent job searching and finding the perfect fit storage for her . He was patient, knowledgeable, and explain everything step by step making the experience wonderful. I now rented a storage space for myself and went directly to Carlos..he never disappointed Me. He dId did the same excellent job for me as well as for my mother. Great clean , friendly people work there. Definitely recommend!!!

I went into the Cube Smart on Saturday to move in. I was able to use their moving van which was perfect for the job I needed to do. I also used 2 of the flatbeds to move from the van to the cube which made moving easy. In and out, a breeze. Working with Carlos one of the managers was great. He was friendly, polite, pleasant and took care of the paperwork quickly. Thank you Cube Smart for making my move stress free!! Highly recommend this facility, ask for Carlos!

Service sucks. Manager is uptight and the 3 workers she has doesnt even say goodmorning when they see you. The doors are locked and sometimes you need to walk to the other door. You have to give an id to get a cart. You have to punch a code in EVERY TIME TO WALK IN. Ridiculous!!! Oh yeah and they push you into buying a lock ELSE THEY CLAIM YOU DONT GET THE "deal". But yet other cubesmarts on jamaica ave does the deal without buying of the lock.

First I would like to say the appearance of the store was impressive just as the inside. Thank you Carlos E. for the great hospitality in helping me choose a storage unit. Representative was very courteous and helpful. What impressed me the most is the way he cleaned the storage area right on the spot definitely kuddos for that. Everything was well explained and fast service. Definitely will be coming back again if needed!!!!! Great experience.

great service when I came in BUT I have to give props to the facilities person - think his name was Ronald or similar - that is taking care of the building. The location was super super clean, rest rooms clean, everything spotless. Location in and out was well maintained. One of the best storage units I have entered into. I would recommend this place to my friends for the service and especially for the cleanliness.

If you are looking for a surprisingly clean, modern, reasonably-priced storage facility, with a friendly staff, stop looking and make your way to Cube Smart on Jericho Turnpike. When I ran into an unexpected problem the other day, the manager, Carlos, was super-helpful and could not have been more accommodating. I have used many such facilities over the years: this one is definitely the best!

Had a great experience using CubeSmart! I had reserved a locker online that was not appropriate for my needs. Elijah was very thorough and helped me find the right space for my upcoming relocation. He was also very knowledgeable as to what roads were restricted when driving a van. I also found that my space which was 5x5 was less expensive than the local Uhaul and Storage Post. Thank you!

Ive been at this cubesmart location for almost a year now and I love it! It is very clean and its staff in general has always been very enthusiastic in helping me. They do have a sensational employee named Carlos who exercises exceptional customer service every time I walk in. I had a situation almost 8 months and Carlos was quick with a resolution. He is a great asset to your location.

I was contacted by the manager Carlos Escobar to say, while he was doing routine checks of the facility he saw that my unit was not locked properly. I went right over I locked the lock but didnt slide the. Latch over. Im so happy with the service all of the staff provides. They are very polite,courteous & professional. The facility is always clean and brightly lite.

I am very pleased with this storage place but more pleased with the Service of Carlos Escobar. He really help me a lot, and has such a good personality. He convinced me to stay longer offering me affordable prices. He is the Best!! I am glad with this company having people like him. Also the other guys are very nice. Makes me feel welcome. Other than the manager (that spanish woman) displaying an unprofessional attitude, I think its a pretty good storage facility. The gentleman that works their are helpful. But cubesmart may need to assign a MORE professional manager who has a welcoming and pleasant personality. The one they have NOW... Sheeesh

Great facility. Clean. Nice guys at the counter. But my rent went up a bit before the end of six months. That was fast. Also their Sunday hours on Google are wrong. It should be from 9 AM. Told the guys at the counter, but they could care less. :( Dont make the same mistake we did.
