My experience here (Ive had a few) have all been pretty positive. I most recently had a belt tensioner replaced on my Audi A6 here, and after they diagnosed the problem showed me the line items on parts and costs and after agreeing to it, they did the work. There were no additional mystery charges or work done. I had a "check engine" light on a while back and my wife brought this same car in and they told her it was simply a temperature sensor and that I could bring it in anytime and theyd replace it. No work done and other than an oil change and lube for the car while it was there, no charge to look at that. I find the guy that runs the place nice.

Under new MGT and so much better Since they changed the MGR There things have gotten MUCH better, including for the employees. Jennifer the service MGR is also excellent. While they do have to make money, they wont sell your a song and a dance for nothing. We need more like this!

Dishonest place. If you are female they will lie to you and convince you that you need unnecessary work done to your vehicle. STAY AWAY
