Ripoff Report Warning! Scam artists at work! Wife went in for routine job, headlight bulb replacement. She owns a chevy Malibu, and chevy designed the Malibu so you have to take entire front bumper off to gain access to front headlights. Mr Temstad advised not to just replace one bulb but replace all the lights b/c it will last her a few years. So wife got upsold a charge not needed however all was well. Week later the right head beam goes, ok no problem, brought back in and he replaced again no charge. One week goes by and again same headlight goes. Wife is pregnant to boot and got a nice old headlight ticket as a result. After charging over a hundred dollars for a routine light bulb replacement, he had the nerve to quote my wife another $400 for headlight replacement. Last time I checked a headlight runs a $100, so $400 seems a little high End result, He damaged the front bumper and we have pictures to prove his work, and plan on reporting to the better business bureau. Mr Temstad thanks for causing more damage to our car after you worked on it. Thanks for taking advantage of a pregnant woman on Christmas and causing her a traffic ticket i hope the next referral you get will see this testimony and will take their business to a trusted reputable mechanic that takes pride in their work and has integrity UPDATE took the car to an honest mechanic and fixed the root of the problem for 90 bones, it was the connector to the light bulb go figure. The mechanic told me very common in this model and can be easily overlooked the first time, however if they dont find it the second time shame on them.

Brought my car here for a window repair on the recommendation of a friend. They fixed it, but there was a terrible, and obvious, whistle once you got above 40mph. Took it back, they "looked at it" and found nothing. I had to take a guy for a drive so he could hear it. They "fixed" it again. The whistle changed pitch, but was obviously still there. This went on a few more times. I talked with the owner and he tried to convince me thats just how it was supposed to be. I disagreed, and they took it back, and basically just put foam and all kinds of crap in until the whistle went away. A squeek has remained ever since. This extremely poor service, on top of issues with the car not being ready several days after I was told it would be, prompt my poor review. Try another shop.

They had my car for 4 days for a repair that required only 1hr of labor. I was quoted $150 for the repair, when I picked up the vehicle they tried to tell me I owe them $350... to say the least I was not happy!!! As I drove away I made it about 1 block on Monroe Ave before my check engine light comes on, looks like its back to the garage. For their prices and the time that it takes them to fix vehicles I think Ill try and fix this one on my own or take it to a different garage.

I dropped my car off today at 2pm for an inspection and oil change and it was done by 3pm. very friendly and professional
