Was a loyal customer for 12 years...until today. A shop mix up dating back 2 years - mounting of a front tire on a rear rim - led to out-of-pocket expenses for me and the wrong sized wheel being replaced on my car. I have all service records and have never taken my vehicles anywhere else, as historically this has been a very reputable shop. When trying to explain the scenario and understand options (I wasnt even asking for my previous out-of-pocket expenses to date), the owner/manager of the 4 Mile Fork location grew defensive, claimed it was my mistake and would not hear me out. "Were done here!" was the quality customer service I received - so much for loyalty, referrals, and thousands of dollars of repeat business over the years. A shame, because I really liked the staff and the service previously received...why else would I go somewhere for 12 years? Were done here, indeed. Find an alternate shop in the area that values customers, or accept the risk of paying for shop mistakes.

Dropped my truck off and had a belt replaced and got it back with a huge dent in the rear end. I guess they have a deal with the body repair shops...Well destroy the outside and you guys destroy whats under the hood. I called them to see if they would accept responsibility. Of course they wouldnt. They were happy to take my money but could care less if I continue to be a customer.

The guys on Route 3 have been pretty helpful, but Im not fond of this location; every time Ive gone in they give off the impression that Im a bother. Rejected my inspection for the second time for a problem they didnt mention the first time. These guys are insanely picky. Spend your money elsewhere.

Twice I have gone to Little Tire to deal with a tire problem. Both times I walked in without an appointment and was helped quickly and efficiently. Both times, I had minor problems that they fixed and sent me on my way. I would definitely recommend going here and will continue to use them myself.

I always go to Little Tire to get anything done, they are great! Ive been to other places that rip you off, but not these guys. Theyre nice, honest, and real pros. I just wish they did emissions so I wouldnt have to go somewhere else.
