They dont honor their word. I normally change my own oil but it was winter and I was busy so I took it to them because they advertise their $24.99 oil/filter change with a tire rotation. When I dropped it off the guy told me to come back in about an hour and that I didnt need a coupon or anything, that the $24.99 was their advertised standard sale price. When I came back just over an hour later the same guy told me my bill was around $50...they charged me for both an oil change and a tire rotation. I tried to argue it with him and he told me I needed to have the Val-Pak coupon to get the discount...which only 75 min prior he said I didnt need. I just have a Sentra, so it is 3 qts of oil and a very cheap common filter. Needless to say I wont be going back to them.

Never going back. Staff was rude and very unprofessional. I dropped my car off before 5 for a simple oil change. They didnt tell me that they closed at 6 and I received a call at 6:10pm saying "Do you want your car because were closed." Like wow thanks numbnuts. Yes I would like to have my only means of getting home. I had a coupon on my phone and I said oh wait I have a coupon, then proceeded to show him my phone and he said no you have a phone. Staff was just overall stupid. Never going back and telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY from this place!

They always said there was something wrong with my car every time I went in. Well I used to have my family mechanic do all the work he always would tell if I really had a problem or not. So here the last three time I went in I didnt get anything fixed that they said needed to be done. The funny this is they found new stuff wrong but never said anything about aNY of the problems they found before. The people are only good for a oil change nothing else.

This place was good with oil change , been there a couple times , but unfortunately the last time I went there for an oil change they scratched my vehicle up , they had an adjuster come and look over my vehicle , and also went to the shop and found they were not at fault , well how Rude !!!!!!!!!! Of course this shop is not going to take the blame , and Im left with a scratched up vehhicle , I will give a bad review to anyone from now on !!!!

Top Notch !! went in for an inspection. very honest mechanics and manager !! showed me that my rear brake pads needed replaced,which they did. very good experience would highly recommend !! no upcharges recommended like some other places (mr.tire !!!!! ). I am a very picky person when it comes to my vehicle.

Ive been using these guys for inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations on all 3 of my vehicles since Ive moved to the area 4 years ago. They always provide recommendations on what I could use in X amount of miles or what I should have done now.

Brought my SUV there it had no brakes . There newest mechanic is awesome He did the job right the first time was very curtious To me and explained the whole process in detail . My truck has never had brakes like it does now . Thank you Brian .
