BEWARE - was new to area & wasnt sure what inspections were needed...called 1st & was told to bring in whatever paperwork I had. He never looked at the paperwork, just asked for vehicle ID and plugged in to his computer. Said yep, you need both inspections. Went next to DMV I was told only one inspection was due...and he has no access to the dmv records...you paid more then you needed and the scheduled inspection for next year will still have to be done again. When I called Auto Solutions, he said doesnt know what DMV is talking about and his records showed I needed both inspections. He would not refund for inspection that was not needed. No integrity here.

Weve taken all our cars here for several years now. I decided to write a review today because I was just there for service again today. We often show up without an appointment, and were in and out in an hour or less for regular maintenance service. Can not say enough good things about this shop. They are friendly, honest, dependable, and we completely trust them with the maintenance of our vehicles. Convenient location and very reasonable prices. I must sound like an advertisement, but this is honestly how we feel. Its a real relief when you have certain service providers who you can trust year after year, and Auto Solutions is one of those for us.

We have taken all of our cars here to get inspections done and they have done a great job, are very professional and polite, and get the inspection done quickly. Also, they are located within a short walking distance to the restaurants in downtown Leesburg so you can get a bite to eat or visit the shops while they do the inspection. We recently took one car here to get new brakes and rotor installed. They did a great job and were a lot less that the dealer would have charged. Jeremy was wonderful to work with & I highly recommend them.

Straight, honest, trustworthy shop! I grew up in the auto trade and really appreciate when I get good advice that isnt about selling me something I dont need! They do great clean work at fair prices without the triple lattes and fancy showrooms. They will show you parts they replaced and explain why they recommend things need done. If you want confidence that your car is serviced right then Auto Solutions is the place to go. My cars are foreign, BMW and Mercedes and no problem for Jeremy and his team.

I love this place. Ive been taking my car here for a year or two and have always had great service. I never feel like theyre trying to get me to pay for something I dont need. Prices are competitive with other repair shops in the area, but trust is an issue which is why I take my car to this shop. My only complaint is that they are always busy, but thats also a good sign.

Manager was extremely rude. I went in for a State inspection and was told by the Manager that the wait was 2 hours and to come back in the afternoon to try again. Was also told that I couldnt wait with car because they have no parking. The waiting area is small and nasty, might as well have you wait in the service bay. Wouldnt go back for anything.

Was extremely impressed and happy with customer service, car service and price! Jeremy kindly fitted me in as an emergency (tire puncture and car very much overdue service) when my cars manufacturing company could not help me. Will definitely be going back in the future! Highly recommend!

Do not use these guys. I was charged 350 to just bleed the transmission fluid, and came away with 3 new problems. Not the kind where I wasnt aware, but the kind where a working part ceases to work AFTER being dropped off. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
