Worst Post office i have dealth with. packages misdelivered, lost and marked as delivered. the female supervisor is extremely rude, unprofessional and uneducated. made a lot of complaints, she is still there, business as sual with the mail. terrible, 2 day priority with signature required, NEVER delivered, last nightmare, one time found out that mailman, sign it himself, and was not delivered that day. went post office, then i asked for him, and he gives me the pakage. why? isgned it himslef and never deliver this is just one of 3 dozen mideliveries, lost mail, etc. HORRIBLE

Sent a letter to someone that lives in the area, they attempted to pick it up and were told it had been returned, letter was not scanned return to sender as it is supposed to be, have spent hours trying the phone number provided it just rings and rings until it disconnectes...thats not the type of customer service the USPS provides this station needs a change.

This post office is horrible, I get my mail late all the time, Im talking after 5pm. When I call the lady sounded as if she was sleeping and said "the is no specific time to get the mail, especially if your carrier is out"... very helpful! Also I constantly get other peoples mail. I wonder how many people have my mail!

if I could give them zero stars, I would. Even though I live less than 5 minutes away, all my packages end up getting sent to another location in Bay side. e v e r y t i m e. and the people that work there are v unhelpful and rude.

Worst experience Ive had any where. Ever! I am making a formal complaint about " Ms. Calliste" and I really hope something gets done and as I can tell from all these negative reviews no one is ok with how she conducts herself.

Speaking to the supervisor over the phone to request some assistance was HORRIBLE. She was so unwilling to assist. Her attitude was horrible. Ms. Calliste, you should TRY to do a better job with customer service!

Horrible service. They lose my stuff constantly constantly. The people behind the class are rude and ghetto. Everytime i come here there is at least one person complaining about not received their mail
