For busy adults, theres not many opportunities to regularly exercise in open space, especially in the winter. Most gyms Ive been to have rows of side-by-side treadmills and crowded free weights area, and I always bump into other machines (or people) just to get from one piece of equipment to the next. I enjoy RPP because I can run sprints (on the soft turf), and the weight training area has only the essentials; a power rack, squat rack, and some adjustable benches. Thats all I need for back-to-basics athletic training, like I had in high school and college sports programs.

Having spent most of my life working out, RPP has been a fresh and cutting edge approach. I have been able to break through to new levels of fitness. Within the first few weeks I noticed immediate changes in my strength and cardio levels. The best part is that for as much as I am challenged, I have fun and feel great afterwards.
