DONT COME HERE!!!! First of all I though it was going to be a boxing club but it was really just a workout program.I also did the summer program for 250 dollars or something like that and they said that I would not have to pay next month but they charged be $70 without telling me and did not even want to cancel my membership.

Love this workout !! I started at Title 7 months ago and my body has been transformed. I go 4 days a week and burn upwards of 4000 calories. RJ, Riley and Jackie keep you sweating. The price is so reasonable for all of the classes they offer. I can take a morning, afternoon or evening class depending on the days I have free.

Best workout ever! The staff is great, the trainers awesome and you burn at least 1000 calories in an hour! Cardio boxing and kickboxing and only contact is you and the bag!!!! Its a wonderful community environment! Highly recommend it if your looking for a workout that wont bore you!

I suggest the first critic, Mike, revisit the club. Under new Mgmt, this club Rocks! New trainers, new routines and even a private training area!! Im in my best shape since enrolling and cant say enough about it to everyone I know .

I love this place! Very friendly environment from the owner to the trainers. But dont be fooled....they are nice but will give you a great workout! Try a class and you will get hooked!
