I was sold a 2013 Avenger in October of 2015 for way over sticker price. The salesman preached that he was giving me the lowest price he could because he was ripped off once and wouldnt want to see someone in my position get the same treatment. In my rush for a car i didnt think to check him. I was severely wrong, the car was well over 4000$ more than i should have paid for it. The interior of the car had stains but I didnt care. It wasnt until a week later did i notice the cigarette burns in the arm rests and outer window molding. The car was great for about 2 days, then it started bucking and hesitating so i called the service department and was told they were booking a week and a half out and if i wanted to leave it with them i could. Well, like 95% of other hard working people i only have the one car and i obviously couldnt wait for them to take their sweet time to look at my problem. I took it to an area mechanic that I know and trust and was told that the vehicle needed a throttle body, badly. I called the service department and told them about my findings and they told me Id be welcome to leave it with them and theyd get to it when they could. I was infuriated at this point so i went out and had the throttle body done at a local dodge dealer for well over $560.00. I then cut ties with the dealership. I neglected to leave a review because i felt it was unnecessary to harm a business name by doing so. Then i saw some post for a country night for charity on facebook and all the people saying how amazing they are for doing this. So i voiced my opinion, a day later i had a facebook message from an "concerned employee" whom took my information and my story and swore to get back to me in a timely manor whether or not he had to take it to corporate or not. Well, its been over a month now and still no word. I wouldnt trust these sheisters as far as i could throw them. Never EVER buy a car here.

I got taken advantage of at this car dealership. By the dealership and two VERY dicussions with a member at the service center. They are dishonest people especially in the service dept. I bought a used 2009 Toyota Scion. First they lied to me and left out the fact that nothing that has over 100000 is not certified, even from a certified used car dealership. Not even 3 weeks after I purchased the car I started having issues. My engine blew up in October 2014, got the car back and the transmission went the same day. Got the car back on Tuesday, November 25. The car sat in my driveway Wednesday an Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 27. I called the service center they took my car on a flatbed this morning. After calling trying to reach them and called every two hours, I was told the engine blew AGAIN!!! They wont give me a rental because the scuff marks and scratches that the wheelchair and walker left. Now I need another engine only a few weeks after they already changed it. To top it off Poughkeepsie Nissan tried to blame me for the engine blowing! All I did was drive the car home from Wappingers Falls, NY on Tuesday and it sat in my driveway Tuesday night, November 25, All day Wednesday, November 26, and all day Thanksgiving Thursday, November 27. I told Jim that I need a car for my doctor appointments I have, he said to me “I guess you after to find yourself car”. Are you kidding me!! Again I HAVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS I need to go to my doctor’s appointment. The blatant disrespect for my current health situation is appalling. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE TIS 1 STAR

Unethical, immoral and downright sleazy sales manager named Jimmy DeGelormo sold me a car 3 years ago with 3rd party financing. Looked at the car with saleswoman Ann, and was required to return the next day to sign paperwork with sales manager. Jimmy attached a $2500 used car warranty to the sales price, and told me that Wells Fargo, who was financing the car, required it to be purchased for used car financing. I purchased a 100,000 mile warranty for a car with 61,000 miles, assuming the warranty would extend to 161,000, but in reality the warranty expired at 100,000 miles, which would have been covered by the manufacturer (KIA) anyway. In addition, Jimmy handed me a pre-filled out waiver of gap insurance because he told me I wouldnt need it with the warranty I was required to purchase, since all major repairs would be covered. After speaking to Wells Fargo today, I discovered that Wells Fargo never requires the purchase of a warranty, and currently the engine is seized up at 115,000 miles in Petersburg, VA, and the warranty wont cover it. I called Jimmy, and he was not only unhelpful, rude, and condescending, but he admitted that he made a commission off the warranty, but not enough "to make him rich," before he asked me "why I was calling him?" and hung up on me.

I didnt purchase a car here but have had my Infiniti serviced here. There was an issue with my rear brakes that continued to happen. The first time I went in, they charged the warranty part of the cost and me around $60 because they rear pads were installed "backwards". The noise came back. Took it in again along for an oil change. They said they couldnt find anything wrong. The noise came back and got much worse; loud squeeking when braking. They said the pads had to be ground and put back in. You guessed it, the noise came back. I finally had the Infiniti dealership take a look. They said Nissan had screwed up the back brake pads so bad they couldnt even send the parts in to Infiniti Warranty to be covered. So, I had to pay full price for Poughkeepsie Nissans mistake. The service manager AND the general manager did not return my calls. I called for each of them twice, both times directed to voicemail. I wouldnt bring any other cars there to be serviced. A total dishonest operation. Or, they really have no flipping clue about what they are doing.
