Had an alignment done on my truck. Drove away and noticed the steering wheel was cocked to the right. Came back and told the manager. He immediately told me there was nothing wrong with it without even looking at it. Showed him it was off, he angrily said they would check it again and now have to wait another hour probably to get it back and it probably will still be wrong. Good luck with this place! Update: the issue was corrected after waiting an additional hour. It was a very frustrating experience. The manager should not have assumed it was right without looking at it first. He basically proved himself wrong at the end(I guess the customer IS right sometimes). I more than likely wont be going back. In fact, if you want to make it right just mail me $96.24. Address on record. Thanks!
