To find a good mechanic you can trust is a difficult task, especially when you are a women with limited mechanical knowledge. I was first referred to Brain at Williamsburg Automotive Repair when my son’s late model Ford left him stranded and had to be towed. Anticipating the worst and trying to decide how much money we were willing to invest in the repairs, what we actually received was exceptional customer service and a clear concise explanation of the problem (which turned out to be relatively minor). The costs of repairs were lower than other local estimates (I called around), the vehicle was ready earlier than expected, and the problem was corrected the first time. My son and I could not have been more impressed with Brain’s knowledge, consideration for our concerns and professional handling of our service needs. We have since had preventative maintenance performed on both my son’s vehicle and my own, and highly recommended Williamsburg Automotive Repair to anyone looking for a remarkable mechanic with integrity.

Brian needs to be the person to work on your vehicle! He is very reasonable priced, doesnt try to get you to buy unnecessary parts to fix your vehicle, and keeps you well informed. I tend to be a person who wants to know what is going on and tend to check on the progress more than most and he and his staff were always polite, courteous, and I never felt as if they didnt want to take the time to explain the work going on each and every time I called. They will continue to get my business!
