I took my 88 BMW 325is to Don and his skilled staff to replace the clutch - no small job. While replacing the clutch, they noticed a leak from the transmission output seal, which we traced back to some work I had done at another shop not too long ago. They worked with me, the other shop, and the warranty administrators to submit a claim even though they didnt have anything to gain from it - except my loyalty as a customer. Dons staff do exceptional work at the highest quality and at very reasonable costs. While you cant bring in your own parts, Don makes sure they only replace what makes sense and with high quality parts (i.e. Sachs clutch and Red Line ATF) that are comparable in cost to what you can find online. Its not the fanciest shop in the world, but its an honest shop that does great work. I will be back (although hopefully not too soon!).

A breath of fresh air! It is so hard to find honest people in the automotive repair industry. We took our Volvo in to investigate the check engine light. Turns out it was the catalytic converter. (They quoted 1600 for replacement - dealer quoted 2236......) However, instead of just telling us we can fix it with them or not, they pulled the owners manual out of the glovebox and showed us that unlike the rest of the vehicles warranty (which was only to 50,000 miles) the cat. converter was covered until 80k miles - saving us a boatload of money. We will definitely return for all other non-warranty-covered repairs!!!!!!!!

We have been using Blue Ridge since 2006 when we moved here and a friend recommended it. Don is really telling you about what needs fixing and what can be pushed till later. I have an older Volvo and dashboard electronics recently gave up the ghost. Don said that it is connected in such a way that to get a new one, the dealer has to sync it with the car and the cost is $1,700. BUT. He knew a place in Boston that fixes them if he could have the car for 4 days to a week while he sent the part up. It cost $400 instead. He is great that way regarding giving you different options.

My Mercedes ML was vibrating at a high speed so I brought the car to this shop. After inspecting my car, Don gave me a list of parts that required attention and assigned priorities on each one so I knew which parts I had to get fixed and which ones I could hold on to. You can trust these guys to give you the best pricing offers on parts/labor. The staff members were very friendly, and the service was done promptly. I was very pleased with the experience at this shop, and I will definitely come back for repairs in the future.

I recently had my 2002 m3 at the dealership who tried whacking me hard again. A friend told me about Blue Ridge Sports Cars who specializes in BMW repairs. I pulled the car out of the dealership and brought it down to them. Don and his team did the necessary repairs, prioritized future repairs for me and did it all with a smile for a fraction of the price. I will definitely continue to use Blue Ridge for all of my future repair needs

I had been looking for a shop for a while for my 2003 BMW but for some reason or another, was never 100% satisfied. I have settled in with Blue Ridge for the past 2+ years and been very satisfied. The mechanics do a great job and most importantly they seem to be honest.
