My experience was related to safety inspection. Besides the needed repairs to pass inspections they also presented over a thousands $$ recommended repairs. I didnt take the car in for maintenance check up, I took it in to get the inspections done. I would have left a better review but I was very disappointed that they didnt tell me that they couldnt put two lug nuts back in the rear right wheel. I should have been informed that the rear wheel was left with only two lug nuts out of the 4. Drove the car for a week that way without knowing. And all four lug nuts where in place when I took the car in for inspections. After the inspection was complete, I waited one hour and 15 min just so they could fill out the paperwork. Otherwise they seemed like they did fair work. I didnt experience that since I do my own work.

I just moved to Towson last week and wanted to get my manufacturers scheduled maintenance done before I start school. I dropped it off to have them see what needed to be fixed and they didnt have time to look at it on Friday so I took it back over the weekend and brought it back again on Monday at noon where Salsbury told me hed call me in an hour to give me the estimate. By 6:00pm on Tuesday I hadnt received a phone call and when I stopped by they still hadnt done anything but write a list (without prices) of what needs to be fixed. I took my car back and will take it somewhere else because this place is ridiculous.

Sarandos Auto is a excellent place for your car. The mechanics are experienced in all models and have been a pleasure to work with. They have worked on my Audi A8 W12 and BMW 760 V12 on several occasion and they have proven to be really good at what they do and at an affordable price. I highly recommend them to people that are frustrated with their mechanics because you wont get frustrated here. Also, Sarandos has a nice clean work environment which tells me that they care about their customers and what they think. Give them a shot and you wont regret it.-Moe

It can be difficult to find a good, honest, independent mechanic. Scott and his crew are it. They have never failed to impress me with their willingness to go above and beyond when servicing my cars. Theyre honest to a fault and clearly take pride in their work. If theres anything less than ideal about Sarandos, its that theyre usually very busy. That said, theyve always taken care of my repairs, even complicated ones, as quickly as possible. You can trust them with your car and your wallet.

I am really disappointed with this place, I go there because I read very good reviews abbot the place, but everything is not true, maybe they wrote a good reviews themselves.... They have a BIG problems with timing, they keep my car 2 days to car inspection, and 4 days they fix the car, in the beginning they promise me check the car in one day an fix it in one day, but that was not true. DON"T GO THERE U WILL BE UNHAPPY

I got about $2,500 worth of work done there, and in less than a year, literally everything they did has needed to be replaced/redone. Some of it, I was able to get on warranty, but things like an engine mount shouldnt go bad in less than a year. They used extremely poor equipment to do poor work on my car. Everyone I dealt with was nice enough, but Ill never take my car there again.
