I would have given a 0 star if that was an option. Worst service ever not to mention they screwed up my oil plug. My daughter took the car there for an oil change and after leaving her set there for over two hours they finally cam out and said they couldnt get the plug off. Then left her set there for another 30 minutes before bringing the car out. When she went to get in it in the pouring down rain she noticed that they didnt close the hood properly and had to get out and close it. Took it to Quick Lane and before they would work on it they took me into the shop so I could see the plug. Or should I say what was left of it. I complained to corporate and they said they forwarded it to the Franchise which never responded which doesnt surprise me because when I called the shop to talk to the manager he wouldnt pick up the phone just left me on hold.

Everyone was very professional except the mechanic got soot on the interior doors and on the seat. They offered to clean it when I called but I wasnt driving back. They have employees everywhere but whose checking the work. It was my wifes car and she noticed a nice scratch on the top of the fender. With all the checklist and employees this is the best you can do?

A great place. The employees are polite, respectful, honest and hardworking. I went for an oil change for my Ram1500. They didnt have the oil I asked for so they provided a higher quality product for the same price. Their quality standards are high. Its the first time Ive ever enjoyed an oil change. Make sure you tip them well, they have a tough job.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. If you need an oil change or other minor maintenance in the next 15 minutes, this will do the job. Unfortunately, it tends to be a little (a lot) pricey and theyll try to sell you an air filter you might not really need. There are plenty of great garages in Hershey if you have the time to spend.

Had my oil change done here & with less than 3000 miles on vehicle since that oil change my oil pressure gauge was periodically dropping. Took the truck to the dealer who told me my oil level was low & there were no signs of any leaks, leading me to believe it wasnt filled completely at last oil change. Wont be going back to Jiffy Lube.

Great experience. You can see everything they do from the waiting room. Martin was very respectful and interactive with me and kept me updated constantly, and gave discounts where they fell short. I was also able to show up and get helped immediately without an appointment.

Always go to Jiffy Lube for the convenience. I seem to always be handled by the Assistant Manager Martin. You cant find customer service now a days the way he provides it!
