I called them on a Tuesday, asking for advice on replacing tires on my car. I talked to Shawn, and he walked me through the pros and cons of a couple of different tire options. He quoted me a price (that was about $600 cheaper than the dealership for comparable tires). He assured me that they had the tires in stock, and ready to install. I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning. The next morning rolls around, and Im stuck in traffic on my way to the shop. I called to let them know, and they reassured me that it wouldnt be a problem. When I arrived, I was greeted by Greg, who walked outside with me to actually look at each of my tires, and confirm my suspicions that the tires were getting low, and wearing unevenly. He then went on to explain to me exactly why that can happen. He once again walked me through the options I was looking at, and gave me a quote, outlining exactly how much the service could cost at most. I walked across the way to Dunkin Donuts and got myself a snack and some coffee, and then came back and waited less than an hour. The rest of the staff was very friendly, and my car showed up cleaner than it was when I went in. Buying tires sucks... no one wants to have to spend money on something like that unexpectedly, but the process of buying them and getting them installed shouldnt be bad, and the team currently working at the Crofton Tires Plus made it as painless as it could be. To be fair, I cant speak to any of their other work... but definitely dont hesitate to get your tires replaced here.

Horrible... took my vehicle in for 4 tires came out with a busted axle shaft that they had no idea how to diagnose much less fix... these guys are con artists they know absolutely NOTHING ABOUT SUSPENSION they were telling me it was a bad sway bar link when it was an axle noise... and then i got the "you want me to put your old tires back on" well no you have already damaged my vehicle... STAY AWAY!!! i should have left while i was listening them talk to the other customers... one customer i was eaves dropping on needed a battery and got a $1200 bill... and it was just ridiculous listening to the reasons they gave... i was ready to hear them say something about muffler bearings... horrible...

I recently visited their shop after going through two other mechanics who over-charged and poorly diagnosed. I was actually referred to this place by another mechanic! Everyone I interacted with over the phone and in person was warm and helpful, thoroughly explained what they were doing and why, and answered every question. I am so thankful to have found this high quality and affordable mechanic! I am more than satisfied with their service, and am giving 4 stars simply because this was my first time at the shop! All of the reviews are from a while ago, and its obvious people dont say anything about the service unless it bad. Thats how people s**k. However, within the past year, I have been to this location serveral times for service on two vehicles. I have yet to have an issue. Robert, is kind and accomodating. I have never had anything less than great service. Perhaps it was old management these previous comments speak of, but seriously, people love to complain. These guys are great, they have improved drastically. I trust them with my family vehicles.

Darrell and RIcardo went over and above and saved the day for us. 15 minutes before closing time on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, when most places would have happily closed early, I drove up with a tire distorted like a potato chip, huge hunk of tread missing and steel belt poking out. Instead of telling us to come back Monday, they replaced the tire (and its opposite) with decent Firestones at a great price ($73 each) and we were out of there in a half hour or less. They have earned our future business. Thanks yall!

Total rip off. They will tell you things are wrong with your car that arent. They will low ball you with an estimate and then add a bunch of "shop fees" when you go to pick your car up. They do not honor the coupons they advertise. When you try to find out about getting the rebates they advertise, they tell you have to sign up for a Tires Plus credit card in order to get the rebate. This place is terrible. Dont go. Youll walk out feeling like youve been had.

Dropped my car off for an alignment, and returned to find a 2400.00 estimate to repair it. What amazed me was the cost of parts and labor (which were generally higher than an stealership). Total parts were 1400.00, and better quality parts from Rockauto ended up at under 500.00 after shipping. Rip off artists is the best I can say. Wouldnt trust them to touch any of my cars in the future.

They recommended $2,000 worth of work on my car that was not needed. They also estimated $1,000 for a repair on my husbands car which we had repaired somewhere else for $250. We had been there multiple times for tires and oil changes, but we will never go back. I called the manager to tell him why, and he was full of excuses. Very disappointing.

Had five tires that needed repair on our church trailer that is used every week and on Sunday, with a flat, they were able to address the issue within an hour. Darrel set my expectations but John punched through it and had us on our way in an hour. Super appreciative of Darrel getting us in the queue and John knocking it out of the park.

I dropped my truck off 1st thing in the morning, it sat there all day and no one even looked at it. When I picked it up that evening, still no one had done anything with it. It was a waste of my day sitting in the lobby for hours before I got a ride home. They said they had time to look at it when I dropped it off but they did not.

I cant enough good things about this place! Darrell answered the phone and all of my questions, set me up with a same-day appointment, got me and my 2 year old twins in and out quickly and the prices can"t be beat! Especially for the amazing service you receive! No one is touching my car again unless its these guys!

Had a flat tire while traveling for work. Staff were able to repair my tire so I could get back on the road to my work assignment in a timely manner. They assisted me immediately and I was in and out in 30 minutes - with the peace of mind of having a spare tire once again. Good Customer Service!

These guys are dopes; bought a tire to replace a defective one. They mounted it incorrectly and its leaking . A LOT! 5 psi overnight. Now they are too busy to fix it without an appointment!! Read all the other 1 star reviews then Go elsewhere!

I have taken my car here to get tires rotated and have an oil change and never had any issues. If you schedule an appointment they get you in and out pretty quickly. I cant vouch for any repair work because Ive never had any done.
