Worst experience I have ever had with an oil change. First I was yelled at by Andre because I changed my mind from synthetic oil change to a synthetic blend. Andre then tells me my coolant is low and it will be a total cost of $130. I can let you know that my coolant was still at a level that was perfectly acceptable. I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue that gets serviced every 15,000 miles. He then tells me that if I get the coolant and oil change he will take 10 dollars off for each of them. I tell him that I will get the oil change only. I then get to the counter and he questioned me about what the discount of my coupon was. I told him I would pull it up in 10 seconds ( he seemed very bothered by that). The coupon was only 5 dollars and he told me that if I got both only then would he apply the discount. However, the jiffy lube homepage has an oil change discount for 10 dollars. I then told Andre that he should learn to speak to people less condescendingly. He told me that I should as well. Left pretty annoyed and also concerned with my car. The fact that a hot head like Andre can speak to me in that manner and conduct business like that After I left I had a certified mechanic look at my vehicle and assured me the coolant as well as the brake fluid were perfectly fine (which I thought they were.) I will never return my car here and will do everything in my power to ensure this does not happen to future customers.

I have always loved going to visit this location because the customer service is excellent. If ever you wanted to feel like someone cares, this is the place you want to go. They value your business and will do anything to keep it. I love seeing the fellas every time I bring my car in for an oil change; They not only tell me about my car, but now know my face which is very cool considering the amount of services they do a day. Also, Im not someone who knows cars, so its really amazing to have a team of people let you know when youre vehicle is due for maintenance. I never hesitate to spend money here because I know that the job will be done right. I also know that if there is an issue with the job, the management will make sure that everything is right in the end! I cant say enough good things about this particular Jiffy Lube. Ive been a customer since 2010 and I know now that I will continue to be a customer as long as I own a car! Thank you team Reisterstown!

Poor - Fair is much too nicer thing to say about these jokers! I have a Fiat 500 just coming up for its first oil change. I visited the Reisterstown Jiffy Lube. A very polite gentleman served me and said the Fiat 500 needs fully synthetic oil, then he said "let me check if we have a filter" low and behold, it needs a special more expensive filter. The total job he quoted me $105!! I left in complete disgust. The Fiat 500 Pop (which is my model) takes normal 5W-30 oil and a filter from a main dealer is $8.15c. These guys are complete bunch of rip off artists, dont let them do to you what they tried to do to me!

Had oil change, power steering fluid, and cabin air filter replaced. Service was fast and friendly, in and out in 20 minutes. They even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car. Much cheaper and less hassle than making an appointment at a dealer. Recommended for all oil change and minor repairs for your vehicle!

Thank you so much!! I really appreciated all of your help with my car. Its been a few months since I was there, but the staff was great and everything was done quickly which was nice since I was there on my lunch break! Ill be back again soon! Well either there or the Owings Mills location...both are great!
