The employees were very nice and had awesome customer service. BUT...they are WAY over priced. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic test they told me I need an egnition tune-up and a fuel tune-up. Neither of these uses fixed my problem on my vehicle after I had them done. I called and got my money back for the diagnostic test. I felt like they were too busy to take the time to go in-depth with ym vehicle. I will not be returning, and when I asked for my money back, they gave me an attitude.

Even though Firestone is compatent and convenient, they are a little pricey and do want to nickel and dime you. Case in point. I scanned 2 coupons. 1 for an oil change and 1 for a free code scan for check engine light. They did tell me it was cheaper to use the coupon for the oil change then putting it on my Firestone account, but the free code scan only gives you a list of codes that could possibly be the cause of the check engine light. If you want the right diagnosis that costs you.

Ok, for oil changes and brakes but do not trust them when they recommend repair items. Twice they said I needed expensive repairs and when obtaining a second opinion found that they were wrong. Basically the repair recommendations they make are a way of pressuring you into a fear based decision that makes money for them. Also had a rebuilt starter motor installed and if failed in 3 months.
