Poor customer service. I also was checking with my dad on what they tried to charge me for, because he knows about my Jeep; Hes been working on it for years. They told me I needed to get about 6 things done right then and there, and my dad decided I only needed two of the services and the rest was maintenance that he could finish. I had to call them TWICE to find out anything, once to see if they had any updates, a second time because I hadnt heard anything from the five hours prior and they didnt give me a time frame of when the work would be completed for them to say "oh, its been finished". I told the guy I would be up there shortly and he didnt even mention to me that they closed at 5pm. I checked out through a cashier between gas pumps, no walk through of the work, just the labor/work explanation and a bill. I got into my car and my turn signals no longer worked and my dashboard sensor took about 5 minutes to kick on, which hadnt happened previously. When I stopped for gas halfway down the road, I decided to check under the hood, just in case. I found that the cable to my battery had been (attempted) to be shoved back into the compartment that holds the cable, frayed wires and all, instead of being put back properly. I lightly touched the rubber covering to see how loose it was, and the cable came right out. I then went into Target, bought a mechanics set, used the socket wrench to loosen the bolt, got the frayed wires back onto the connection, tightened the bolt and went on my merry way. I dont know if this was forgetfulness, laziness, or a ploy to get me to come back to have the rest of the work done, but I can assure you I wont take my Jeep back there.

This was the first time I or my wife ever used this repair shop so we didnt know what to expect. We have AAA which recommended the shop and towed our vehicle there. They were busy that Saturday and thought because it was 1 oclock in the afternoon we may have to rent a car until Monday or Tuesday. The service advisor said they would look at it within the hour, so there was hope. We went to get something to eat. About 30 minutes later, Pete the manager calls me with an estimate and tells me he can have it fixed by 4 oclock. I authorized the repair. After lunch we walked back over to the shop and waited in the lobby. While waiting we observed how clean the shop was and the professionalism of the staff. I have never seen a shop floor that clean. It was a white floor with no oil or grease to be seen. I asked the manager how do you keep the floors so clean ? He said they have a full time person cleaning to floor. I also have to comment the way the manager and assistant manager handle and spoke to there customers. Very polite and very professional. The car was down of the hoist and I heard the technicain start the car. What a relief. Not much longer I paid for my repair and enjoyed the rest of our weekend. I had to write a review after getting the vehicle back and comment on how well it was running. All I can say is "WOW". What a pleasant experience in such a stressful situation. Thank you very much Airport Exxon ! Even though we live 35 minutes away, my wife and I will be coming back.

Highly recommended! Probably the best auto service experience I have ever had. My state inspection sticker was expired and I was in a rush to get the inspection completed one morning before I had to be at work in Williamsburg at 9. I arrived just before 8 and was greeted by Mark. When he told me the estimated time would be 9 before my car was even seen, I panicked and he sensed my anxiety. Staying calm and collected, he assured me he would do his absolute best to get me inspected in a timely matter. A short half an hour later, I received a call from Mark letting me know my car was ready for pickup!!! This is the speediest service I have ever had without the compromise of quality. I passed the state inspection and made it to work in time. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING MARK! You have a customer for life.

Do NOT bring your car here for inspections... They find any reason to fail you so they can get you to pay for their work... Within almost two hours of waiting they have failed several cars back to back seeking people to get work done by their shop. This is the worst shop to come to!!!

Very pricey and dishonest service. I was quoted a price of $2134 for services that cost me $500 at a different service station. They will insult your intelligence if they perceive you dont know much about vehicles.
