A Regs

So, I no longer live close to the facility and have a very basic question. I call at 2pm,, no answer, I call at 3pm,, no answer, I call at 330 pm and still no answer. The phone system goes to the facility first, and then when they dont answer, should redirect to a call center which it did not. So I decide to drive out, I had to pay my bill as well.... I get to the location and am second in line. There are two employees, the always sweet employee from Hawaii, and the manager, I believe she is the mother of the normal manager who is also very nice and professional. I decide to do a small test.... I call the office number which leads directly to a clear and loud cordless telephone which begins to ring right in front of me. The Hawaiian lady who is engaged with customer understandably ignores the phone, while the other employee continues to eat her sandwich and peer out the window. I let the phone ring 3 times and note the lady is going to make no attempt to answer the phone. This specific worker has been very rude in the past and has shown the same style of customer service numerous times, and frankly the only reason i am writing this is because of the principle which should be noted. ANSWER THE PHONE, IT COULD BE A CUSTOMER!!! All other employees have always been very nice and professional. I would still recommend this place bc of the facility and service, but this specific employee has probably made the same impression on others as well.

I called on Sunday morning, Vinny answered all of my questions, when I showed up to rent my storage locker Vinny again helped with the process. From start to finish the process took about 35 minutes. The storage locker was clean and dry. I rented the 10x10 unit. The light bulb was not working when we first opened the unit, but again, Vinny quickly took care of the issue. Very happy with the location, price, and product. The customer service was excellent and made this experience very painless and simple.

I have had my unit for about 5 years at this place. Never had a worry about my unit. Just never thought i would still have a storage unit this long and over time it gets expensive since the prices keep going up.
