Needed storage space in a hurry... just moved to town and my place wont be ready for a couple months. Looked online to find storage near me and found Extra Space. Brian was a great help when he called. Showed me different options that would suit my needs. I like that he didnt try and oversell me a unit or any extras I wont need. Go see Brian and let him take care of you and your storage needs.

Khadijah was great and very professional, but due to needs changes I did not need the facility. Upon trying to obtain some portion of a refund I have received only a run around by local management. I was promised a partial refund, and have not received it! This is deceptive customer response/reply, either state your business intentions, not leading comments with no followup or follow through.

Clean facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff! They will treat you right every time. They gave me a jump on my car when the battery died. I forgot to cancel one of my rented spaces before the next billing cycle, but they simply applied the funds I had overpayed to my other space without any hassle whatsoever.

Super quick and efficient application process and the unit is nice and clean. Also worth mentioning, the units seem to be slightly elevated with storm drains in the drive aisles so no worries with flooding or water damage is a plus!
