I live in Lithonia and have passed this storage place over and over, I noticed the plesant appearance, the outside of the buliding and was pleased. the time came when I was looking for a storage place, Extra Space Storage was the first and only one that came to my mind, I applied online and to my surprise was contacted a few minutes later by one of their reps, I was invited to come and pick the spot that I wanted, to my amazemen, I was greeted by a rep with a friendly attitudea and smile,she made me feekl like I was already a customer, not to mention when I saw the storage space! It is something to see! it was so clean and shiney and did not have an odor! If it had windows I would live there. I cant say for further down the line but for now! I would highly recomend them to anyone that is looking for a nice! clean! and decent place to use for storage. Please!!! Dont take my word!! go and see for yourself, You wont regret it.

After many years of using Public Storage if felt this time their prices were to high, and friend told me about ExtraSpace Storage. I visited the Panola Road location and was greeted by the manager Frances Tate, would after not having anything for me and explaining several times she couldnt give me a price that was not available, she went the extra mile and called another nearby location and got me just what I need on the internet special which was perfect. I drove to the Memorial Drive location and was greeted with a big smile by name by Jay who took me to see the unit and got me all set up for next Friday. Dealing with all the stress of moving and working...I set a reservation with Extra Space Storage on Panola Rd. Which I forgot all about!!! Two days later, I received a courtesy call from Mrs. Frances to remind me of my reservation, not only did she take the time to call, she listen to me vent about my move!!! Offered me advice and a listening ear....THATS WHAT YOU CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT!!! Once I arrived to sign my lease agreement and pay my deposit...Mr.Brady took me to view my storage unit, unsure if the unit I reserved was to Big, Mr. Brady offer to show me a smaller unit...#mademefeellikefamily

This is an extremely clean facility which is very important to me when looking for a place to store my possessions. I opted for a climate controlled unit which I have had with a competitor in the past, and must say that I havent had a concern with critters or odor. It is very well lit inside and out. The management on staff has always been most helpful and professional. The location is prime and easy to find, quick access to I-20. If ever I know of someone who is in need of your specialty services, I will be sure to recommend this location specifically. I have never been more pleased with a storage facility. Thank you.

You will have an easy and professional move in experience. The facility is very modern, clean, and secure. Extra Space Storage has the best prices and sizes available, especially when you factor in climate controlled units. The storage manager LaKecia Washington is outstanding! She is very polite, professional, and anything you can ask for in a manager. She easily fixed an issue that happened a few days after I moved in that was no fault of my own but would have been had she not resolved the mix up. She did all of this while also putting me at ease and has retained me as a long term customer!

Ms. Francis was Very friendly, has a nice attitude great customer service. A worker called in sick and she handled all the customers with a great attitude seeing that she was there alone on a very busy Saturday. She didnt rush us knowing there were others waiting. And She explains everything well I would refer Extra Space Storage to friends family and strangers. Very clean bright and great Atmosphere, I thought the place was new it was so clean she said its been there for 5 years. Great pricing.

My experience with the staff has been very smooth. Brady initially gave me a tour of the facility and was very helpful in answering my questions. My reservation and sign up process went well and Brady was very thorough in answering my questions. Francis was very professional and caring. She followed up with me by phone and even helped me when I has issues learning to lock my unit. The facility is very clean and feels secure. I would highly recommend this place.

Superb customer service!!! Everyone at Extra Space Storage is professional and very helpful. On my first visit, I was assisted by Brady, who was excellent. I made a different online reservation and got an immediate call from Dejon ... also great service. Francis took great care of me at the office and took time to get me exactly what was best for my storage needs. Kudos ... you all are the best!!!

My experience here at this location was beyond 5 stars. Brady the office manager here was absolutely AWESOME!!! He truly truly cared about my concerns on availability of a unit I was interested and made it happen. He turned my no into a YES!!! Dejaun (sorry if its mispelled) promptly called (within 5 minutes) of my reservation online. I went in saw the unit I picked online , which happened to be too small; and he helped me to choose a better storage for my items. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the units and I also got a great deal!! The manager was also very nice! I would definitely recommend!!

The customer service was excellent. I received great accommodation for my situation. Even though it was cold out Mrs.Francis still went out to show me my unit and make sure I understood how to get in and out of my unit and gate. The facility was clean and well monitored. I would recommend this storage unit to friends and family.
