A few days ago I came into this location to make a payment for my mother. I was greeted by the store manager Natalie who was extremely kind to me even when I didnt have all the information I needed. She never once got agitated in fact she actually remembered who my mother was and asked about her and kept a friendly conversation going the entire time I was there . This was very refreshing as these days good customer service is far and few to come by. Now I see why my mom always speaks so highly of her and I completely agree, she is one of a kind. I would definitely recommend this Uncle Bobs if you are looking for great service with a smile. Thanks Natalie.

It was refreshing to see & experience quality customer service at this facility. I was greeted and treated better than being in a department store. I was queried as to what I was looking for and promptly shown what was available. It kept me from looking any further at some other places that were close and in the same area. The terms were straight forward and I was able to have my concerns addressed on the spot. The unit was ready and waiting when I arrived to store my excess belongings into the unit. She even gave me a counter-discount because of a coupon that was on the counter. Great deal!!

Really nice place to store your staff. I have been storing with UBSS since September 2014 and for the foreseeable future. Pleasant staff on deck, happy smiles... Good prices and the staff is nice. Has a rodent or roach problem in the outdoor units. I was not aware that the insurance would replace the damaged items. By the time I had learned about this, I had already moved out. If youre renting an outdoor/drive-up unit, be sure all cloth and upholstery is covered or otherwise sealed.
