I had been planning to move for a while. I put all my ducks in a row and unfortunately everything didnt go as I planned. Nothing was happening on time so I went to Metro Storage. It was in a perfect spot for me. I hit a huge rough spot that I didnt expect. I must say... Darryl (Manager) and Lee (Associate) made life so easy for me. They did everything possible within their own power to keep me rolling. Darryl went over and beyond to make sure that things were made a little less difficult for me. The property is SO CLEAN. Theres great lighting and the units are super clean. You cant go wrong by checking this property out. There is no hidden nonsense...unlike what Public Storage has to offer. The only thing I think Metro Storage corporately should change is...the amount of days you have before your account is late. 2 days is a bit unrealistic But hey... you cant win them all. GO TO METRO STORAGE. Youre safe there.

I arrived directly from the highway coming in from Michigan. I had previously reserved a unit by telephone. After arriving I was treated with the utmost respect and service. The manager went beyond all of my expectations in finding me a better deal than what I was expecting by finding me a unit that fit my situation and needs and saving me money at the same time!! Seeing how it was April fools day I thought it was all a joke, but it was real!! Great staff and management! "Thanks Daryl" Ive never been anywhere that showed that kind of concern at a business. I highly recommend!!

If you need to store items, Metro Self Storage in Lithonia, GA is definitely who you should call. Mr. Bridges and the staff are very professional, prompt, courteous and all around great people. The experience was simply awesome! I stored items on behalf of my employer, Capstone Medical Group and we couldnt have asked for better service. Great customer service is just priceless and a very fair rate for the service makes all the difference. They are a great addition to the Lithonia community. This is for the Metro Storage on Covington Higway in Lithonia. Ron was absolutley wonderful!! Very friendly. Curteous and knowledgable. This is my second time having to use a storage company and this is my best experience. From the moment I stepped on the property and to the moment I left, he answered all my questions and made this a very easy experience. I was in and out in less than a half hour. I feel like I made a friend that day. What a very pleasant experience! Go-Ron-Go!!

The manager and his co-workers went out of their way to help our moving nightmare have a happy solution... Courteous, kind, understanding -- the gentlemen here were a pleasure to work with and offered the best service -- and, they listened! The location is great -- right off Rt 20 in sight of the highway; good lighting and security, clean and neat. I couldnt have asked for a better storage solution. I highly recommend this facility and its wonderful staff!

This place is awesome, the rates are reasonable and the staff is the best. I have never been to a storage place where the people were so nice and accomdating to you. The yard is always so clean and surprising the move supplies they sale are priced reasonable. I have had my items here for about six months and I have not worried at all about the safety and security of my stuff. Great Job Metro and keep up the good work!

I live out-of-state, although my belongings have been stored in the Metro Self Storage in Lithonia for some time. Darrell, the manager, is always personable, helpful, and goes the extra-mile! My experience with Metro Self Storage in Lithonia is professional, courteous, and fair. I highly recommend using THIS facility and dealing with Darrell directly. **CAUTION**Avoid using their call-center at all costs.

I am renting a 8x10 storage unit from Mr. D. Bridges and the crew since May 2013. I was initially at another storage company that was nasty and customer service unfriendly. The Lithonia location is one of the most pristine storage facilities I have seen and used. Mr. Bridges and the crew are always friendly and "go above and beyond the call of duty". Highly Recommend! 5 Plus Stars!!!

The gentlemen Darryl that works there assisted me and he was so nice and courteous. They have nice, clean and safe units and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.
