Very bogus situation with these neighborhood dealers. I reserved a truck from this one only to get a confirmation of the trucks availability was at a UHAUL center 10 miles away. Apart from the extra 20 miles of mileage charged to me, it meant extra time getting there and back, more hassle etc.

Very helpful staff and courteous service. They do everything..UPS, notary,mailbox, fedex, passport photo, etc. but, sometimes very busy though.

Excellent service, great people. The reservation system at uhaul seems defective, so I call the store directly.
