The FIRST week our unit was broken into! Nothing stolen, thankfully... The customer service is a joke and ignorant. We were in a hurry and the lady at the front took her sweet precious time. We were locked out of our unit for a month after paying 1 day late and no one notifying us to tell us the lock was overturned. This led to me trying to unlock the damn thing for an hour. They accidentally "forgot" to fix it when we paid the very next day. When it wasnt overturned it was unnecessarily difficult to unlock This business is a joke. Once are stuff is sold we will be out of this place. I do not recommended this company.
