*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* I took a few minutes to write it and I hope you take a few to read it because Im not the only one who works hard for his/her money and I dont want you to lose yours like I lost mine. I purchased 4 tires and a lifetime alignment package from Firestone a couple years ago. Since then I have had maybe 6 alignments and my regular shop rotates my tires every other oil change (they were not at the time equipped with a tire machine and still do not have an alignment rack or I would have gone there). All of this, you would think, would maximize the life of my very expensive set of tires. About a year ago my mechanic, who has 20 years experience and a slew of ASE master certifications, as well as franchise dealer experience, high line experience, you get the idea... I ask him to drive my car at highway speeds and tell me why the ride was so loud. He does and tells me I need two tires. I was a little bummed by this as I had just bought a set the year before. I didnt think much about it and had him order 2 of the same Firestone tires I had so that they would all match. As he promised, the noise goes away. Lately I have noticed what seems to be the same noise as before, I go back for my next oil change and ask him to diagnose the noise, sure enough, tires. Now, frustrated I ask "how can that be? Ive bought 6?". He tells me that the type of wear that I have is due to a lack of alignment. It is then I explain to him that not only have I had it aligned, I have "lifetime alignments" at Firestone and have had it done many times. He does a little research from the last time he replaced tires for me and he had noted on the work order that it was for the same reason. He goes on to explain to me (Ill over simplify it for the sake of length) that the technician gets paid "flat rate" which means he gets paid the same no matter how much time he spends on it, if any time at all. Also, the print outs they give you (which I was not given at my last visit) of the specs showing the measurements in "green" (meaning good) can be manipulated. While the specs for the car can not be changed, the "acceptable range" can be widened to make the numbers, you guessed it, green even if its not properly aligned. Now Im into Firestone for $1000.00 and I need more tires. Dont let these friendly, seemingly trustworthy people look you in the eye and swindle you out of your money. They are the most expensive place in town and unfortunately, the old saying "you get what you pay for" doesnt apply to Firestone.

Disappointed with the service. Had A/C fail on a Sunday morning earlier this month while traveling from Ohio to Florida. Ended up here for repair. They basically reloaded my system and told me Id only have mediocre cool air while car was moving on the highway. Only got warm air at idle speeds and in traffic. Made for a long road trip. Back in Florida went to my local mechanic. They said they did the same service that Firestone did....for $50 cheaper.....and I now have ice cold air all of the time. They said that they dont believe Firestone did me any favors. Not being a mechanic I cant point fingers. I can only judge by the results. The fix back home was $50 cheaper than Firestone and my system is working great.

went there because my vehicle was leaking coolant, turned out my radiator had a hole in it. they took me back and showed me the pressure test they run to find holes/leaks (without me even asking which was nice) and explained everything to me. I needed a new radiator and they got it done super fast. the manager dropped me off at home (like 5 minutes away)while they fixed it and picked me up when they were done. they went above and beyond here and Im so grateful! extremely happy with the customer service and how quickly they got me in even though I didnt have an appointment. I will no doubt be returning! also the quote I got on tires was $100 cheaper than another place.

This is the greatest group of people. They replaced all four of my tires/ and oil change and a much needed belt replacement it took less time than they quoted. The price was less than I expected to pay. I stayed at the center while they took care of my car and was EXTREMELY impressed with the way the interacted with each and every client that came in the door. No matter what the situation or who was assisting them. The staff was courteous. I have been so fed up with customer service lately and my encounter with the guys here have renewed my faith. And the waiting area we tidy and quite comfortable.

Staff is on thier phones way to much and not doing work on the hour of which im paying for and not enough work gets done here. If you wanna pay for service and watch people talk far to much instead of working this is the place to come. Also someone sat in my truck for 5 mins talking to another worker and laughing and joking while not only am i paying them for service of the hour but also letting my truck run while he sat in it and joking around as if its his own truck and doesnt care about the customer. Only reason they didnt get one star is cause they gave me an ok price.

I got the best customer service anyone could get from this Firestone. Went in on a Monday morning with an appointment at 7am. Got an oil change and tire rotation. Was needing to get back on the road because my father was having surgery that afternoon. The guy who helped me (thomas-service advisor) I believe, that is what my paper says, remembered when I called to make the appointment that my dad was having surgery. Got me back on the road within 45 minutes and took care of my bill. Thank you again so much for this. It really made my day.

Ive had my car worked on here on several occasions, and every time Ive always received very quick and expert service from an incredibly friendly staff. Though initially they werent every the cheapest option, they know I have a very limited budget and have always been able to find ways to get me a superior product at a cheaper rate than any other shops or discount locations in town. I dont even consider other shops an option anymore; when I have car troubles, I always bring my vehicle here!

the (heavy set) girl at the front desk (wears black-rimmed glasses) is very snappy and rude to customers. Ill give this location one more chance and at my next service appointment ill ask for her name so i can update on another review. FYI, there are lots of places customers can get service nowadays, if any member of your staff continues to be rude and nasty we will take our business next door. We pay hard-earned $.

I made an appointment online and picked the tires I want. When I showed up, of course they had the appointment time wrong. They also didnt even have my tires I wanted. They downsold me on some cheap tires which Im sure the salesman made more commision on. He said word for word "Theyre just tires they are all the same". That was all I needed to hear to never go back to firestone, period.
