Decided to stray from the dealership to save 10 bucks on an oil change, also Tuffy happens to be closer to my home. Big mistake, quoted me 27 dollars which I was in agreement to. Then they got my car in and broke my oil pan bolt threads when removing the bolt... Of course this was not there problem after all. But obviously a pre existing condition of my car who never once had an issue at the dealership over 5 years of taking it there for oil changes. Needless to say, I now had to Pay them more money for breaking my car. Now I had to pay an extra 100 buck for them to re-thread my oil pan before they could get oil back in my car. As a business owner I am disturbed at how they mess something up and then charge top dollar in order to make it right. Never again. I have ran three different businesses in my lifetime, and had I ever broke something of a customers I would not even dream of charging them for something I broke. Avoid this place, these are the type of shops, and mechanics the news warns you about. Hope that extra hundred bucks was worth all the bad publicity. Great Job Tuffy.

I took my car there because there was a noise when I was braking on a Wednesday and decided to have the work done on a Saturday. I called to schedule an appointment at 9am. I turned my car in and called back around 10 to see how much longer it would be. They informed me they had just started taking apart my car. I am not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment since it took them an hour to start the work. After spending 2.5 hours and $400, the issue is NOT resolved. As I drove out of the parking lot, my car was making the exact same noise. I am absolutely outraged at Tuffy and completely disappointed. A HUGE waste of my time and money and I will never be returning.

DO NOT trust these people. Brought my truck in for a simple service (which they werent even able to do) and they ended up breaking something else that caused me to lose my breaks! When I asked about it, the service writer said it happened when the mechanics were test driving the truck. I drive a diesel truck that is modified and a test drive was not even needed. All I needed them to do was set the bead on a tire and put in back in the bed on the truck. But instead, I had to pay $200 for a part because they were out abusing my truck.

There was a previous misunderstanding regarding a repair that was originally completed by the previous staff at this location. The new manager Mark contacted me after finding out that I was unsatisfied with the work that was done and had me return to get the work done right at no additional charge. I am a loyal customer anywhere that customer service comes first.

I highly recommend this location. Not only did I have great customer service they also did an amazing job with my repairs. The icing on the cake was that I though I was going to have a much larger our of pocket expense. . . I was completely surprised by how affordable my repairs were. I will definitely be back.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job. Didnt try to upsell me anything I didnt need, and in fact had the opportunity to due to my own ignorance, and instead explained to me that my brake pads would last 60k miles or so. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Walked in the exact minute they opened for a quick oil change, as I work 3rd shift and this was my best time to do so. I was told they could not change oil until 4 days later. I went to another Tuffy location and they changed the oil on spot.

The new Tuffys Grove City ownership has earned my trust after more than a year. They never try to up sell me at oil changes and have reasonable prices. I recommend them to my family and friends and have not been disappointed.

Quote was the HIGHEST of the 3 I received. The lobby was infested with termites on the walls and floors. No thank you, Tuffy. Gross and EXPENSIVE!

they refused to give me my Veterans discount and I had my ID card that I showed them. I will never go here again and will tell every one I know
