I think this is one of the most trustworthy places Ive been to. Ive had my car and my daughters cars there numerous times in the 8 years weve lived in Dublin. Several times the manager told me they couldnt find anything wrong, no charge. Or it was just something rattling because it was a bit loose, they tightened it, no charge. Today I had my car in for a new water pump and a couple other things, and the estimate was $1000. Then when they called to say the car was ready, they said they found they only had to replace the rubber piece of power steering hose instead of the whole thing, and it saved me $300. I seriously love these guys!

i was so set up by the mech. there telling me knew what the problem was and he could fix the problem for the cost of $450, when i went to pick up my car i had to pay the bill first ! after driving the car less than 1 block , i took it back and told them the problem was NOT fix. They said they fixed what they said they were going too ( it didnt fixed the problem ) i call AAA head quarters nothing was done , no money was returned! PLEASE DONT PAY BEFORE TEST DRIVING YOUR CAR1

I had my car towed to AAA Car Care Plus in Dublin, Ohio because it was overheating. They kept it overnight to run a "pressure test". I was told they could not find a problem when I picked up my car the next day. Within 10 minutes of driving it was overheating again. I then took the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership where the problem was correctly diagnosed and repaired.

Very friendly staff as always. very timely on repair work and they make sure its right the first time. They have excellent mechanics and I will always recommend them to friends and family. You cant beat the 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty. Keep up the great work.
