I gave this midas shop another try and was very disappointed. I call to see if I could get a front endalignment appointment at 8:00am Friday morning, the service writer man said sure we can get you in at 9:00am,Great I brought the van to them at 8:50am, the service writer man said that the alignment would take hour.Fine, I told him I was going across the street to K mart here is my cell # call me if their is any problem. I came back at 10:00am and the van was still were I parked it, I patiently waited till 10:25 am in the waiting room. I saw the service writer man and asked him if their was a problem why my van was not being looked at? He told me that they are running behind do to a issue they have with the car that was on the hoist since I got their. He then told me he had no ideal when they would be done. I waited 1 1/2 hours with a appointment and they new they had issues and did not tell me anything when I made the appointment, and to top it off the gutless service write up man told me I could make another appointment! Screw you Midas of Waterford and your gutless service writer man for not being up front with your customers, You have the worst customer service I ever seen and I will never come back or refer you to any one! I took my keys and van and went right across the street to Auto- Lab and they aligned the van in 1 hour and kept me updated a long the way. Thats how you should be treated as a paying customer. I would recommend Midas take a class on customer service from Auto-Lab of Waterford, just ask to speak to Louie Dallo he will treat you right.

INCOMPETENT LIARS!!! Wife took in our 2003 Tahoe Z71with heavy duty off-road suspension for shocks. They replaced front shocks with Monroe SensaTrac. I rarely drive the vehicle but after about 6 months I drove and it felt too soft. Took it back and asked what they put on to verify they had the right shocks for the Z71 offroad suspension. Advisor assured me they were right. Still not sure, I check Monroe website, it lists only one shock, Monroe Reflex for the Z71. Took it back again and asked and was told Monroe website was wrong, they put the right ones on. Called Monroe, verified they were wrong. So, I told them to put right ones on and I would pay difference in part price, but not labor. What does he do? Inflates the shock price by and additional $50 extra per shock, exactly the amount of their labor!!! Still never admitted they made a mistake and put the wrong shocks on!!!

Called before showing up. Was told a decent price for rear brakes. Was the shown a recipet for well over 400. Refused the service due to being able to go somewhete that will charge what i was quoted. Oh and Brian kindly charged me 20 for wasting an hour of my time here for absolutely no reason and refused to allow me to bring in my own parts. Place it a joke on top of hearing them throwing my rims around in the shop.

I am very picky at where I take my vehicles to get worked on and do most of my own wrenching. On my first visit I walked into an extremely clean waiting room and was greeted immediately by the service writer. I all I needed was an alignment and they had me in and out. I have since taken my other vehicles to this Midas and every visit has been the same.

This is the only place I will take my car now. The work is always excellent, I have never felt like I was being charged too much, or asked to do unnecessary repairs. The service is great, and the lobby is nice for being a small shop. I rarely see a clean place that has wifi, tv, and free pop/coffee/candy. I would recommend this shop over any.

This place goes above and beyond to get the job done well in a timely manner with excellent customer service. Ive been to several Midas shops in southern Michigan and this is by far the best from start to finish. Clean waiting room. Friendly staff. Excellent service. I will bring my vehicle to Midas on dixie over any other Midas anyday!

Had a bad noise on the way home from work they checked it out no charge turns out the last place that did my brakes left the old parts rattling around in there I wont mention where but initials are BT wont go there again anyway they really helped me out and were nice and gave me piece of mind definitely recommend them

love this midas. They are very friendly and very helpful. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is whenever i receive an estimate for repairs there are a little unnecessary, but I have my dad do my repairs anyways so they just find the issue for me.
