I always feel like I am getting ripped off when I see how much mechanic work costs, but at least here I trust the mechanic. Always performs the work stated, always done same or next day, never has taken longer than estimated. Never had the situation where one repair is started, and suddenly there is "must needed" additional work that is noticed once your car is in pieces. I have went to other shops a few times over the last several years because it was closer or thinking I would save a buck, and there was always a reason I regretted it. One didnt replace a part they stated, another damaged a part on install, etc. Now my wife tells me "If you cant fix it yourself, just take it to Leonard." They also check any used car I think about purchasing, and have saved me from a few expensive decisions.

The work was completed quickly and expertly on my 2002 Focus. the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and courteous. But the web site is laughable. "child friendly waiting room?" the waiting room consisted of the shops office and 4-5 FILTHY chairs. the floor was grimy and there looked to be a shovel full of dirt under two of the chairs. I would not allow my child in there without a hazmat suit. Sadie, a huge blood hound, was apparently the shop mascot. she was friendly as can be but really smelled doggy. the shuttle service was the tech driving me back to my house in my car in his greasy clothing without covering the seat. if you go there expecting the shop to reflect the very professional web site, you will be disappointed.

Hi! It is my great honor to give honor where it is due. The crew at Leonard’s is very professional, friendly, honest and super smart about cars! The prices are also fair and honest. I had a quote that was $400 more and for less work than Leonard’s did on my car. I had a broken spring and really needed shocks and struts. They did the diagnosis and estimate for free. Once I gave the OK, I was driving away in three hours. Now, I had driven 40 miles to go to this shop. My brother-in-law and sister have been taking their cars there for years. I finally listened to them and now I take my car there too! So my hat is off to all of you on the crew: Leonard, Marty, Robbie, Otis and Sadie! I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

I bought a Ford Escort several years ago and since it was over 100k miles I had Leon replace the timing belt pullies & tensioner, new alternator put in, new spark plugs, etc. Ive even had this place rebuild the frame housing for my front light, it was badly damaged in winter, and was lost, but that did not stop them. Great fabrication work. *Quality work* ! for sure, but you may sometimes find he charges a little more than other shops, which is cool with me personally. If you want things done properly, I suggest this place. The only other thing i suggest is that if you have him order a part for your car, get quotes elsewhere so if wanted you can have him pricematch it 100% or close to that. -Mike

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I always feel very reluctant going to a shop to get my car serviced, however, the manager and owner took the time to help me understand my problems and explained my options. I found Leonard and Sons to be incredibly professional and experienced. Best of all my car runs great!

Love these guys!!! Even though they were extremely busy yesterday they found time to get my car in so I could have it for work today!!! Super friendly people. Wouldnt recommend going anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable and they dont overcharge like most places.

I have a 04 dodge stratus, and have had normal wear and tear and some bigger work done. This place is absolutley amazing. The work is wonderful, always done right and in a timely manner! it is the only place in 5 years i will let touch my cars. including oil changes!!!!

Friendly and helpful. Replaced my rear struts quickly without attempting to sell me additional services or "repairs". They even showed me the old parts and what was wrong, without being asked. I dont know a lot about suspensions, so I appreciated that.

Deceiptful and manipulative. I asked them to tighten up the pieces that needed tightening and replace the tie rods then align the car. Now the steering wheel is crooked and it pulls way right. Would not recommend.
