Misleading word choices. I asked the woman on the phone if the inspection was FREE, she said yes. The next day they billed for $140 for a "DIAGNOSTIC." Very specific choice of words "inspection" (which is just a status of brakes, fluids, etc...) vs "diagnostic" (actually looking for the problem). They never once mentioned charging me for a diagnostic. No exchange of money was mentioned by the shop until after they had completed work that required payment. I asked for some help with the bill, they gave me $10.00 off...not much help. They discovered a valve issue that would cost $1900 to repair. I got a second opinion from another local shop that did not charge for a diagnostic. They fixed my problem for $1200 with the same warranty as these guys. I do not recommend these guys. If you do go here, be VERY specific as to when they will charge you.

We have used this shop in the past and was really pleased with it. Yesterday we felt mislead and then we decided not to use them to complete the work needed on my car. When we picked up our car it was worse than when we dropped it off. Engine light was on and died on us at 5 times in a span of 3/4 miles. None of which was happening when we dropped it off. The mechanic at the shop we decided to use told us something on top of the engine was unplugged and had to be done intentionally because if they had tried to drive it out of there service area to park it the same thing would of happened to them. They will not be getting our business and I will be telling this story to as many people in the Grove City area we can.

The worst place to go to. Bill is a scam artist who lies and does things to your car so they mess up. We spent 2000$ and the car broke down 6 months later. I asked him to look at the parts that were under warranty and he didnt . he instead told me that my whole engine blew and it was gonna be another 3 grand. I know my car didnt blow up I know that much about cars. He then tried to charge me 123$ to look at the car even tho I said to just look at the warranted part he never quoted me and said that he had a written estimate that I never signed or knew about ... He said that I didnt have to ???? Im sorry isnt that the whole point of the written estimates? Bottom line NEVER GO HERE

I went in to have a front end alignment. even though he was unable to so, he discover the real problems with my car. Bill took me in and show me all the bad parts what it would take to make it good.I was shocked at what was wrong. The bushings was split and the ball joints was bad . he did not try to push me into getting these things fixed or try to sell me anything. He was straight with what had to be done gave me the price of the work .even though I cant afford to have the work done now I do plan to bring it back. These guys are good and very honest. If you want it done right I would bring any car here for repair. Thank you Bill

I took my car in because I was having some electrical issues. They found a couple of major things that I didnt know about, and fixed them all. All of the staff were very friendly, and they told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and gave me a very reasonable price for it all. I liked that after I got my car back, they didnt just give me a receipt. They gave me all of the information they gathered from their inspection, along with pictures that they took of the car to show evidence of what was going wrong. I think I will be going here any time something happens with my car.

Bill has been my mechanic for over 35 years. I have followed him from one garage to another and am very proud to seem him with his own shop. He is a master mechanic. I know he will do things right and honestly. Judy, his wife runs the business side of the shop and knows cars and often diagnoses problems just from my description. they are a good team. I would not take my car any where else.

Fantastic, fast tire service!!! Charles greeted me as I walked in and immediately had Kyle take a look at my tire. Kyle belongs on a Nascar pit crew as he had my tire off and valve stem replaced and back on the vehicle in less than 15min. Reasonable prices and fast, very courteous service. Ill be back!!

I have been taking my cars and Atvs to Bills for years. You wont find a better shop anywhere near Columbus or Grove City. They take care to go over the details, care about their customers and do really great work.
