Impressive business! Frank marshals his troop of technicians with an eye on customer satisfaction. We were stranded in the area on a trip back to Chicago from Maine when our alternator gave out. The owner of the bed and breakfast we found for respite during the delay advised that we use Middlefield Tire where she has taken her cars for years. Said talk to "Frank," the owner. Frank said that they would probably not be able to get to it until the next day, but suggested we have it towed in, and maybe they could at least start on it that day. He put Arthur to the task the moment it arrived in a bay without a lift. Arthur diligently worked through the hood for four hours until the job got done. Alternator: $150; labor: $76.80 or $19.2 per hour! Had the Hyundai dealer done the job at $125/hour, it would have not cost $249; rather, $650 at least. This business offered immediate service with a polite, professional, and courteous handling of our situation. Hats off to Frank and his boys.

I went to Middlefield Tire because my car’s exhaust needed repair. My car was very loud. I only had time on the weekends to get it fixed, so thankfully they had Saturday hours. I took it in first thing in the morning, and it was done in a few hours. My car sounds great, even better than when I bought it used. It was cheaper than they had expected, very fair pricing. What’s more, they located an area along the exhaust that needed welding and did it at no extra charge. great service and good pricing. Will return for other car care services. Thanks guys!

Within 2 weeks of buying 4 premium tires and having them mounted and balanced, I had a tire run flat because the valve stem core wasnt tightened down and they wont do anything to make it right because their warranty conveniently doesnt cover flats even if it was their fault. I would not recommend having tires mounted and balanced from this place unless you have a valve stem tool and a four way handy to double check their work.

They do good work, and seem to be honest and to the point. I like a mechanic that doesnt beat around the bush, or tell you EVERYTHING thats wrong with your 2005 Chevy Silverado with 220,000 miles on it. They tell you what they need to do to fix the problem you asked about, and thats it.
